I told her to call Matt's because I had used them a few years ago. She said the woman who answered the phone at Matt's was extremely helpful, took her info and rearranged appointments to help my friend out. The guys who arrived at my friend's house were professional and removed and prepped the mirror for transport. They were also able to fix two broken windows while they were there. My friend cannot say enough about good things about Matt's! Thank you! Thank you for your service!

They picked up the phone right away and gave me an estimate the same day so I decided to go with them, as I was still waiting for estimates from the other companies I contacted. Their guy came out to measure the window in a day or two and said that they'd have to order the glass and it'd arrive in three weeks. I gave them a deposit. The glass indeed arrived in 3 weeks and and a few days later my broken window was fixed. I do recommend Basking Ridge Glass because they did a good job, but I wonder if there is a company that can fix a broken window faster.

Outstanding Experience with Bellari Home Remodeling!…read more We recently had our entire home exterior renovated by Bellari Home Remodeling, including a new roof, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and downspouts. From the initial consultation through the final installation, the entire experience was excellent. Our Senior Sales Consultant, Steve, was fantastic. With more than 30 years of experience, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He answered all of our questions, was always available when we needed him, and most importantly, there was never any pressure. He made us feel comfortable with our decisions from day one. A special thank you also goes to Danielle and Lori, the Production Assistants. They did a great job coordinating the ordering and scheduling. Everything was well organized and timed perfectly, and they kept us updated on deliveries and installation dates throughout the project. The workmanship from all of the crews was excellent: Jose and his roofing crew did a great job on the roof. Lucas and Roman, who handled our windows and rear door, are true craftsmen. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. Jerry and Denny did an excellent job installing our front door. Renaldo, Carlos, and their siding crew did outstanding work. The siding looks great and really transformed the appearance of our home. Estephan and Lester did an outstanding job with the gutters and downspouts as well. Our Project Managers, Andy and Christian, were also excellent. They stopped by the job every day to check on the progress, make sure everything was moving along properly, and provide any additional materials or supplies the crews needed. They were both extremely pleasant and professional and always took the time to ask if we had any questions or concerns. With a project this large, having so many different crews involved can sometimes be stressful, but Bellari made the entire process surprisingly easy and pleasant. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and took pride in their work. The project was completed on time and at the quoted price, which we greatly appreciated. We are extremely happy with the finished product and the way the entire project was handled. Based on our experience, we would not hesitate to use Bellari Home Remodeling again, and we would highly recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you to everyone at Bellari who helped make our home renovation such a positive experience!

The most recent experience was not so great. They are very nice when they are trying to get the sale, but once your order is in and you have a thought to modify your order they will tell you everything has been shipped and will be at the warehouse for pick up today even before they check their computers or call their suppliers. They also use this strategy saying they will give you 10 to 20% off for being a valued customer, but unfortunately that 10-20% is taken off of their marked up prices. For example, a 25 pound bag of mapei grout which you can get at Lowe's for $33 or around $40 from other local tile sellers was $50 (with tax )with 20% off. I am willing to pay higher prices and buy local to keep good stores in business, but I will shop somewhere that is more customer friendly when I look for tiles for my next renovation.
