NO REASON for not returning my money. Seems pretty shady. So, this "Veteran Owned" company, has completely shafted a 100% permanently and totally disabled veteran. Our deck is an absolute safety hazard for my wife and I. I made that clear in one of the messages I sent. That I needed my money to get my deck fixed before someone got hurt. Nothing.
