I received a phone call the next day telling me they were there. I drove to Archers and could not find handicap parking. Parked far away and had great difficulty walking to the store. Made it in the store, then had to walk all the way to the rear of the store. Tried to tell the lady there needed to be handicap parking, it was met with an aggressive attitude. Then she told me there was, and I told her there was not a sign anywhere. She said it was under the car parked out front??? Then she told me we had paperwork to do, I sat down and she pulled out the paperwork and then told me a price $12 higher than I was quoted yesterday. She attempted to call someone to ask about it and said they were at lunch and that the $12 increase in price overnight was correct. She said the price quoted yesterday was a cash price, and I was running it through my insurance so it would cost $12 higher. I was never told there was a difference in a cash price vs an insurance price. The whole time the lady was very aggressive and going to be right no matter what. I explained to her that I would let her keep them if the price was not what I was quoted over the phone.

About one week after we bought it my wife wanted to try it out so I fully charged the battery and she took it for a spin around the block in our neighborhood. Everything was great and she loved it. The net week the rains came. After that my wife's cancer took a turn and Hospice was called in. So her new scooter ridden one time was no of no use. I called the store and spoke with the women we bought it from to see if they would take it back she said no. I said I don't expect a full refund just some of it back she said they couldn't take it back. I don't remember a sign that said all sales final. I said ok and hung up.
