Always have what I need but rude as hell every time I go to pick up a prescription. I understand we all have bad days but dang.

on 11-19-2024 in the afternoon i called this unit and spoke to a young gentleman who took my information to transfer some perscriptions from wal-mart 3070 duluth, ga , i young man who took my information got annoyed when i told him i didnt want all the txts message's and other nonsense sent to my phone (its a pre-paid phone) , so being patient i wait until this moring to call and see if the trainsfer was complete and i was told there were no scripts to trnasfer, this was and is a lie. my recalled my pharmist om georgia and was told yeah there are 4 scripts to transfer, humilog, levevamere, sulfa silvidine cream, and naproxan, i did call back the walgreen unit and the pharmist said to call 1800 walgreen (to complain) so i did that, this kind of behavior is un acceptable as people have to trust their pharmacist no to lie or decieve patients , who ever at that unit of walgreens that did the lying need to be suspended or terminated, this is a breach of trust, and they were rude, short-curt, and totally not something any company should represeenting them, i have contact the wal-mart in sweetwater and within moments the they could see the transfer being initiated, who ever reviews this , .... do not trust this location as they will lie and decieve patients, use a small pharmacy or go to wal-mart .... when it come to medicines that extend quality of life like humolog, levimeir, etc ... their integerity should be beyond reproach so wake up america ... when corporations do stuff like this take your busines else where .... read more

I've been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years (not by choice) and it's an awful place if you get narcotics monthly it's nothing but hastle they are rude judgmental pricks who don't treat anyone with respect the manager is the most rotten out of the bunch I'm sure Walgreen stores elsewhere are great but this one is def one to avoid save yourself the headache read more

The pharmacist little blonde thing. Ride as all get out. Talks back, is sassy, and has absolutely no professional integrity. Is snooty and does not care about anyone. I have going there because I have a severe anxiety problem and she always makes me feel like a drug addict, oh especially because I'm on gabapentin for nerve problems from a severe accident. And now that it has become a schedule 5 I really get treated like I'm trash. Everyone else there is lovely and screamed at a tech for helping me get my paperwork I needed to insurance renewal. Tell me process what is the difference between my mom picking up all my medicine, but can't pick up paperwork that has the medicine name on it. No difference in HIPPA at all. I wish there was another Walgreens close by so I didn't have to deal with this little girl anymore that thinks she's better than everyone. I'm here at least twice a week. Redbox. Make-up prices are little higher but the variety of brands and shades make up for cost.
