I moved away from Arizona in 2022. I liked this dental practice, however, they don't seem to have control of the emails, texts, and calls made on their behalf for service reminders. Even though I have unsubscribed multiple times and called Anderson Dental at least 3 other times asking them to remove me from their emails and visit reminder calls, despite their reassurance they would stop them, I continue to receive reminders. Today I received yet another email from them. We are entrusting our health providers with our contact information. They should have that information protected in a way that they can control its use for their business. If you are a healthcare provider who has a 3rd party doing your emails and reminders, your contract should make it clear that they have a process for removing numbers and emails. Otherwise, it is your business that has failed to protect your patients. read more

The dental group I had been seeing recently changed management and staff. When I went in for my quarterly maintenance, I felt like they were pushing surgery and that I was not being heard as that was not part of my treatment plan and there were no new changes with regards to the one tooth in question. I went to Anderson dental for a second opinion and I am so glad that I did! The staff extremely nice, supportive and comforting. Dr. Anderson was very kind and she explained my options to me in terms that I could understand. She did offer alternative solutions to surgery, I did not feel pressured and she did not use scare tactics to force my decision like the other dentist did. I'm so grateful that I found this dentist. Everybody in her office was extremely knowledgeable and my daughter and I will now be patients for life. read more

I have had nothing but problems with this dentist. All the crowns they put in had to be replaced. And I had to pay out of pocket to have them replaced Over $1200 paid to replace. I suffered in pain for 2 years with the crowns they put in. read more

As new patients my wife and i arrived early to complete registration. At completion we sat down in the lobby awaiting our appointment time. As the staff conduced business around us the time for our scheduled appointment passed by 10-15minutes with no contact from the staff. It appeared the office had no other patients so there appeared no reason for the delay or explanation offered by the stall. My wife and I left the office with no plans to return. After yeats of putting it off, I went to Dr. Anderson for a dental implants consultation. She was extremely thorough with all the options. I had the All on 4 implants and the surgery went great. She is a true perfectionist and has given me a smile that is life changing. I'm looking forward to my permanent set but for now the temporary are very comfortable. Friendly, professional, relaxed, and ultra accommodating! I have been going to Anderson Dental for about 3 years now. Even though I originally lived and saw a local dentist in Buckeye, AZ; my spouse asked me to just try his dentist in Carefree. While it was a drive from our home and I was okay with my current Dentist something told me that just being "okay" with one's Dentist was not okay. From the ease of making my first appointment to their schedule availability; working with Anderson Dental was a breeze. Just having Saturday hours available periodically is a Fantastic way to brighten your smile! Dr. Anderson and her staff have made themselves available to both me and my family sometimes at a moments notice, and all awhile with the most friendly and professional service. They have squeezed me in multiple times when those unforeseen emergencies arose. Keeping up to date with all of the latest Dental procedures and practices certainly adds to their acumen. Even though we have moved closer to the West Valley since those Buckeye days; I would still not mind the drive to see Dr. Anderson and her Staff. I went to Anderson Dental last year and was very disappointed with the experience and posted a negative review. Lori was very professional and reached out to me in an effort to make things right. I vacillated on whether to go back because sometimes it can be uncomfortable doing business with someone that you reviewed negatively. I am very happy that I finally went back and I never felt uncomfortable as a mater of fact Lori and her staff made my visit as great of an experience as you can have at the dentist LOL. Now it must be said that I have a serious fear of going to the dentist (as many do) but the staff here are all friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease. Your treatment plan is explained in advance and you are checked often to ensure you are ok with what is being done. Dr. Andersen is very nice and personable and her depth of knowledge is immediately obvious. I had the best and least painful 'deep cleaning' that I've ever had. Highly recommended! read more

Horrible. Run from the FREE cleaning and xray. They put fluoride on my daughter's teeth without permission first and then charged $24 bucks. Since I refused their $650 deep cleaning they refused to even do the FREE cleaning. Then when I left the receptionist was chatting up someone instead of taking my payment that they did not get authorization for. I put $25 bucks on the desk and left. One star is generous read more

you give prizes for reviews so Im in. Some things, the universe balances out, and other times its instant Karma. Thank you for the experience for it is I that has learned a costly lesson.  You may have looks but your inner being is not in line with what is good in this world. I just had an implant post removed, personally installed by paying full  price cash because your office assured me my insurance wouldnt cover any of it (three times), which was and is untrue, its partially covered, but the wording and codes you used can be confusing. Then its the Dr. only uses the best, ok so I could have paid the difference.  You put in the post, then two experts say its crooked, not stable, and was a larger than needed post. I mention this to you in the light of reflection or maybe even self redemption, and your reply was "I've done thousands" of these. Ok, second, and last, good-will forgiveness statement I lay down to clean my side of the street. Even for the billing statement months later I find in my mail, seeming to be a bill,  but unclear as to its true purpose. You are what seems to be avoidant, and possibly greed stricken by the way lifes trials have molded you, and I imagine with an attitude of no fault of your own. Would not a decent person offer some type of compromise. Even if it was half the profit or even 25 percent of 2000 dollars, enough to help pay to have it removed at low low discount. That would have said something of your character. Accidents happen, I get it, and even if you somehow find a loophole to blame me for the blotched job, again what is wrong with being decent about it, or at least discuss it. But lets give you benefit, lets say what if, what if you are fully unaware of the full situation, or the possibility your office personnel has missed or hidden things from getting to you....or...maybe you dont have time to read all mail. Its all ok, Someday you might look back and truly realize what you have done. Someday if your lucky you will know the suffering you cause. Dr. Anderson is amazing! I researched pain free dentistry because my four-year-old daughter needed several cavities filled and I didn't want her to be sedated (which was what two pediatric dentists recommended) over three visits! Dr. Anderson used the Wand, which is used instead of the horrible needle/syringe that numbs your entire cheek and lips. My daughter had a wonderful, non-sedated, no-pain experience and Dr. Anderson was so nice and sweet to her; talking with her the whole way. We were in and out quickly, and my daughter is fine with going back a couple more times for other fillings. Blessed to find her. She's a gem. read more
