As I'm getting ready to call Gary on another topic altogether, I'm reminded of how I found one of my vendors in desperate need for a strong arm to fix a messy situation. About a year ago, I met with a mechanic of mine who was about to represent himself in divorce court a week away. I found my friend was thinking he was going to loose everything and had no choices. I promptly contact Gary and gave my friend his information. About 2 months later, I saw the mechanic friend again and he had a smile from ear to ear because Gary SAVED HIS ASS! Divorce sucks, I'll never be getting one, knock on wood, but if you need services from a level headed yet tough family attorney, Gary is the go to guy!

I also posted this review on Google. I believe it bears repeating here in Yelp…read more I worked with David DiGiacomo on and off since 2012. David, Leeanne, Nicole and everyone else I have communicated with at their office is kind, encouraging, understanding and supportive. When I was initially looking for a lawyer David was not the first law firm I called. However, he took time with me to fully understand my circumstances and explain exactly how the process would work. I was so relieved to find a lawyer that seemed to genuinely understand and care about my legal challenges. Plus, practicing law for around 30 years is a respectable accomplishment. David faced some difficult circumstances while working on my legal issues. He had to battle against uncooperative, dishonest and hostile behavior from the opposition. Because he has a policy of including his clients on all email communications with opposing counsel, I am able to confirm David always maintained a professional and pragmatic demeanor despite the opposition's bad behavior. Additionally, the legal issues he worked on with me were so stressful and overwhelming that sometimes I became paralyzed with fear and anxiety. David was considerate and patient about this. He was successful in pulling me out of that paralysis and giving me confidence to keep moving forward. I felt safe and empowered with David as we worked together. David is excellent at always providing the big picture. He explained the different legal paths we could take, the nuances of what each option entailed and the different possible outcomes. I felt equipped to make good decisions about the direction we took concerning my legal goals. David is dependable and always keeps his word. When he says he will do something, you can count on it.  I chose to settle with my opposition rather that drag it out over many more years. Settling means compromise and compromise means each party must acquiesce to a certain extent. I believe David procured the best outcomes possible for me based on all circumstances. Over time I learned some of the positive ways David has contributed to the community as a volunteer over the last few decades. David and his wife Leeanne are genuinely good people to the core.  In summary, David and staff are wonderful. 5 years working with David proved I can truly trust his advice. I could not have navigated the emotional and physical complexities of my circumstances without David and his staff. I am very satisfied with the final results of my legal issues. I  wholeheartedly recommend David DiGiacomo to anyone needing legal help.
