I looked forward to meeting with Bert Millett as he was so highly recommended from people in my…read morechurch and financial advisors. After $675 I had more questions than answers. I wanted to know if a real estate contract I had would protect me to stay in my house until a mutual closing date of 5 or more years. Also house being sold as is and buyer to maintain 2 ¾ acres along with paying for irrigation and leasing pasture. Could I use the contract as it stands or does verbiage need to be changed etc. I was told don't sell. Wait 5 years and then put it on the market as it most likely would go up in value. I wanted the contact. I didn't want to wait for another buyer in 5 years. I could move up the closing anytime as long as I gave the buyer 60 days notice. Bert said I would not be protected. I asked what I needed to do. He said a real estate contract would not protect me to continue to live there. He suggested a life estate. I didn't think a life estate would work. I am only aware of those in your death they go to the person named with no money in exchange. I wanted the named details in the real estate contract. Asked again what kind of contract or form do I need to put this on so I am protected with my property rights. He said he could draw something up but it would be costly $2500. He asked if I would want the form emailed to me. I would. The form I got was not what I expected. I thought it would have a form number on it and be some kind of contract form I should use instead of the real estate contract. The form I was sent was to hire Bert with a retainer of $3500. Plus more for his hourly fee or other fees for people in his office. Wow what a surprise. I have a contact. I can't imagine it costs that much to rewrite my contact. I didn't want anything changed. Just verbiage if needed. I was not even told what was wrong with the contract I had. That is what my initial payment I thought was for. Someone experienced in contracts should not take this many hours to write a real estate contract. The buyer is a broker. The contact was run by the title company already. Please people go somewhere else where you can get answers. This attorney milks you and even changes prices.

All too often we're referred to attorneys that are far too busy to actually address the needs of the individuals who contact them, however, Mr. Cool listened to my concerns, investigated items that would assist me in my case, followed up with individuals investigating the complaints, assisted in retrieving documentation necessary for me to complete litigation. These are all the things that are good to hear when dealing with lawyers. All attorneys should want their clients to say they were accomplished in their efforts. Mr. Cool far exceeded my expectations in his effort and it's nice to write a review speaking to his dedication to my situation. He called to speak with me and made recommendations regarding next steps. I will forever be grateful that he listen and hear me.

(ZERO STARS!!!)HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE LAW FIRM!! TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!! The following…read moreare the TWO FACTUAL EVENTS that occured (a few more, but in the interest of time I've limited it), so, please read on and you can then decide for yourself if you'd ever care to have such slippery snakes in the grass ever represent you, and then turn around and get bit. I base my above stated personal opinion and warning upon the following FACTS: #1. My partner and I were represented by this firm in regards to the 2015 (completely settled in 2018) real estate related civil suit filed in Maricopa County, AZ. This firm consistently generated on their own, and sent me MULTIPLE account statements, over a multitude of months, indicating and assuring me I had a ZERO balance, YEP, ZERO, and I never heard another word from them, as one would expect.... end of story?? NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Any reasonable thinking human being would be led to that conclusion, BUT this doesn't describe reasonable thinking individuals. Well, fast fwd almost a year later after receiving all the ZERO balance statements, only to get served with a surprise lawsuit in 2025 (by this owns firms Partner's little shady side hustle "collection agency LLC" PROFESSIONAL ACCEPTANCE LLC), making outlandish claims that we still owed some sort of debt, via an "assigned" debt from this firm. SAME BAD ACTORS, just conveniently operating under this new name. Worst yet, they had all of our current contact info, yet instead of simply reaching out and even attempting to resolving the matter or clear things us they just plowed right ahead to run us over without any warning (I warned you this would involve unreasonableness). It should also be noted that my partner hadn't been ever contacted in any way by anyone since 2018, NOPE, not even a single time. #2 (Can't even make this kind of stuff up, it actually happened possibly due either outright harassment/vindictiveness or a data breach/breach of confidential client information) This firms partners, acting through and on behalf of their "collection LLC", took my partners PERSONAL INFORMATION and filed and publicized it in completely unrelated Court pleadings, which is a public forum, that had absolutely NOTHING what so ever to do with them, nor involved them in any way, shape or form, in support of asking the Court to approve Alternative Service for one of their other "victims" that they were having trouble getting served with their latest lawsuit, outright falsely claiming that my partners info had anything at all to do with this person. So, you can plainly see what lengths they'll go to. **BEST PART OF ALL THIS: When all of the above stated was brought to their attention, they flat out refused to even respond or offer to correct THEIR ERRORS and instead insisted upon proceeding with the lawsuit, flat out refusing to acknowledge correct THEIR mistakes or be held accountable for any of their egregious actions. Completely UNETHICAL on SO many levels in my opinion and only goes to show what a complete lack of moral fiber and integrity looks and acts like. *PM me and I'll be more than happy to provide all documentation. **cross-posting on multiple platforms and finishing up dedicated website in order to warn other unknowing possible innocent victims like ourselves.
