She was such a calming presence and really listened to my specific pain points. Lindy's massage skills are perfect with great communication throughout her treatment. Not only did I leave feeling refreshed, but she even took time to offer and teach me a few helpful stretching techniques to help my pain points. After one too many laps in the pool and too many tense meetings I arrived a knot of tension. I left completely relaxed and thoroughly refresheshed. He did good in a couple spots but the rest I felt like he was just lazily pressing with his fingers. Not much of a rub down at all. He asked me quite a few times if it was ok but I really didn't know how to tell him to improve so I just went with it. I just wanted to be rubbed down, not pressed on. 4. He skipped over a ton of spots. For example, massaged the out side of my calves, but what about the back of my calves and the inner side of my leg? Or he massaged the bottom of my feet but what about the top part of my feet? Massaged my lower arm but skipped the top part of my arm. Weird. I don't book sessions as frequently as I'd like but when I do book sessions I usually book a 90-minute Swedish massage. The first time I emailed the email address listed on the website Ellen responded via text pretty soon afterwards. Since then, I communicate with her via text to schedule appointments and she can usually fit me in her schedule within a couple of days. The place is a set of tiny rooms in a building of businesses but works. Ellen has magic hands. She is able to suss out my problem areas during the sessions and let's me know even when I'm feeling it but haven't quite figured out the issues yet.
