I would call him, text him, my calls and texts would get no response. I would call the office and the nice but rattled office worker Becky would know nothing of what was happening. He had $70,000 of my money, I had a whole in the ground and very little recourse. This was the most frustrating experience of my life. I did end up with a beautiful pool.
