Not a happy customer. Discussed scope with owner, Danielle, on the phone before booking (2000 sf…read morehouse, 3 Bed, 2.5 baths inhabited by 2 tidy adults.) She didn't express any concern about her team being able to complete the work within the 8 hours purchased (I understood the 2 people, 4 hour deal), even though I emphasized there was a recent bath remodel resulting in a lot of construction dust. This was just a house cleaning, not a "spring cleaning or move out or anything crazy - it would take ME alone maybe 4 hours. Bottom line, the two women who showed on time up did not finish the house in the 4 hours (they didn't dust or vac the formal living room or dining room, and did a spotty job in some other areas). I discussed it with the owner who said I could pay for more time - I said no, because they'd done a spotty job already. She wanted me to be satisfied, and offered to come by to correct their misses (not to finish the work they didn't get to), but apparently she couldn't find time within the next few days, as I haven't heard from her again. Bottom line, these women worked 4 hours straight but I can't figure out on what! They absolutely spent too long on certain things like the bathrooms - 1 was brand new and cleaned 2 days before, the other is a small 42 sf bath with only a shower. 2 yrs old and pristine. I believe they spent an hour each on those alone, and still didn't get under the vanity to vac the hair/retrieve dropped q-tips. The bedrooms were basic dust/vac jobs - can't take more than 20 min each, even if there's more dust than normal. A swipe is a swipe, with a cloth or a vac. Even at that, there were a lot of misses (bases of floor lamps, heat registers, etc.). Good job in the kitchen although not happy to hear they used lysol on the (sealed) granite, and needed my granite cleaner to do the after cleanup. Just an overall unsatisfactory experience.

I want to say a BIG "THANK YOU" to Luciana and her angels for coming in and helping my daughter…read moreclean her home from top to bottom. They did such a fantastic job. It was astonishing. My daughter has two little ones under the age of two; she and her husband both work full-time jobs and have a lot on their plate. So housecleaning can be challenging, to say the least, with two little ones and a dog and full-time jobs. So when we found Luciana and her dream team, she and her team were a godsend; they did a deep cleaning. It looked sparklingly clean when they were completely done, it looked like a brand new home. Her team ( Angels), as I like to call them, are so polite, professional, and hard-working, honestly hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Luciana and her dream team. Thank you again, Luciana and her angels!!!

Displeased with the quality of service, fees and business acumen…read more.. For a 2 BR/2bath apartment ~1100 sq feet, rate was $190 For once monthly cleaning. I learned after inquiring about dirty baseboards, floors and corners that they do not move furniture, and only use a swifter to "mop," and vacuum around things. They broke a shelf on my walls requiring drywall repair, left workers jackets behind for several months, and the workers did not speak English so conversing with them to give attention to areas of concern was difficult. Appointment times were often changed and they appear to have significant staff turnover which was concerning to have strangers repeatedly in my home. A loved one also used their services and was very displeased with their cleaning, especially of floors and stairs, to the point that they terminated services. Their toilet paper flowers are adorable, but not enough to salvage this otherwise poor review.

Crown flooring is now my only company I will go to for work on my two family home. See before…read morecrown flooring and his crew I had a contractor that did work on my home and remodeled my bathroom by ( right down to the studs). After a year my toilet was leaking because he never replaced the seal, which damaged my floors. My bathroom needed to be re-done. I needed a new makeover for my kitchen. I called Crown Flooring, Michael came by, they took measurements, asked what I wanted. Colors, starting from the cabinets to the floor to the counter top. Because I had tile I wanted something that would keep my kitchen floor warmer. Michael came through for me. It was demo day. I was excisted. They put plastic up between my kitchen and the dining area. I expected hiccups. But not to this extent. Because of my last contractor who mickey moused the work. Crew noticed a hole in the ceiling where my toilet leaked, and a crappy repair under the sink in my kitchen. Which required a new subfloor. The crew showed me the problems, let me know it was fixable, not to worry. They had my back. Tho I was angry at the last contractor, I was relieved and no longer worried. The crew was methodical they paid great attention to detail from the cabinets to the countertops to the flooring. One thing out of place or didn't look right in there eyes they re-did it. The crew didn't except anything less but the best. The communication between Michael and his crew to me was nothing but incredible and prescious. They walked me through every step of the process, if I had a question they explained it to me. Before they left for the day, they swept, cleaned, neatly put all their tools in a certain area of the kitchen. I can't say enough about Crown For. I highly, highly recommend anybody that needs work done on their home to call. My kitchen was a total gut job. It looks amazing. Never know it was the same kitchen. The layout remained the same. This is my forever kitchen. Michael and your crew thank you. There is no one else I will use.
