He found all kinds of crazy things in the air ducts that the heat contractor had left there so many years ago. Screwdriver, huge rocks, a cd plastic holder, etc..crazy... The carpet looks good as new, and I couldn't be happier. Full Disclosure: Jimmy was hired by my landlady for a deep cleaning after the previous tenant left my carpet a disgraceful mess. I can't speak to the prices, only to the quality of work. Jimmy worked meticulously to make my carpets clean enough to eat off of. I'm not one of those people who eats directly off carpet, but you get the idea. More than that, I love the attention to detail, such as giving some extra attention to areas that tracked in some dirt while cleaning (as the hose was run via the patio). I **might** have just turned into one of those people who doesn't want shoes in his apartment.

As first time home-buyers, my boyfriend and I are first-time renovating our bathroom and despite lots of research were fairly clueless about what we were doing. Fortunately, the best decision we made in our renovating process was coming to Bellew. They could not have been more helpful in helping us select our tile as we described what we were looking for in terms of style and price point and found us tile we absolutely loved. Due to some bumps and bad decisions, we frequently returned to Bellew needing to exchange or return different materials and we always received the same friendly and helpful service. The owner even came out to give my boyfriend some very helpful advice (never trying to "sell" us anything) and as a result, our shower looks amazing and we know was done correctly. Michelle was especially helpful, friendly and amazing to work with and always remembered details from previous visits (and this place is busy so that point was very impressive!!) I would travel from any distance to work with Bellew again, but we are so fortunate to be just up the street and we will absolutely work with them again.

My husband and I removed the shower doors and emptied out the bathroom so he would have plenty of room to work. He was a no-show. The woman said she would call me back and let me know what was going on but that we may have to reshedule for another day. I never heard back from her. I called back and got another woman, I told her to cancel the appointment and that I would not be rescheduling. I also pointed out that this was really bad business! She said all she could do was apologize. Two red flags here that I didn't pay attrention to: 1) I was able to get an appointment right away. 2) I was told that I would get $25 off if I wrote the check to Christian personally, or paid him in cash. I should have listened to my gut. So frustrating!!!!!
