She was very sweet and so was the rest of the staff. I even brought my 2 yr old son back to get his haircut and Rachael cut it as well and did a great job! She made sure he was comfortable the whole time which is a bonus because my son usually screams and cries when it's time for a haircut! :) Thank you, we'll be returning!

The experience was liking visiting family and of course their work left me knowing I will return soon. It was my first time getting a pedicure/manicure and I wish I had done this many years ago. I scheduled an appointment the day prior and they saw us on time. Marie was engaging and it's obvious they love their clientele! My husband was unimpressed and the tech nicked his skin pretty bad. I was also very unimpressed, I think my girl was new because she lacked confidence and gave the lamest massage I've had. She also didn't really groom my toes very well. But I'm writing this review because I removed my polish today after 1 month since the pedi and this is what my nails looked like. I've never had nails so severely damaged after a regular polish pedicure. Not really sure what happened but we'll not be returning and I would hate for someone else to have the same bad experience.

The technician showed little attention to detail. When you have to go home and smooth out your heels, there's a problem. It was a polish change with some lotion at most. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially given the price. I've had better pedicures at walk-in discount salons. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or a relaxing experience.

She also ended up calling me about an hour before our scheduled appointment to see if we could come in sooner. That was awesome! My acrylic refill and reshaping came out to $50. Then I was charged $20 for my big kid's naturally more extravagant requests and $15 for my youngest's nails. This would be my go to place if we lived closer. I like the vibes & decor here. Its chopped and flat and after paying for a blowout, the stylist told me that she's not a magician and can't give me volume, an unabashed admittance of incompetence. I've sat with it for a week and I'm very disappointed I chose to get my hair cut here. The photo of everyone looking professional was not the case for my appointment, and neither was the stylist, Cheyenne, contacting me over text message to argue with me about my experience.
