Without hesitation, he and his team quickly stepped in and moved the entire event to his venue in San Bernardino at no extra cost. They were incredibly speedy, professional, and efficient, and still managed to make everything look absolutely beautiful despite the stressful circumstances. If it weren't for him and his team, the quinceañera would not have happened, and we would have had to cancel and reschedule everything. She used the draping on the walls and uplighting to get the right effect for the facility. The table settings were perfect. Exactly as I asked and pictured it to be. Her servers were very nice and professional. They helped serve, pick up the tableware during the party, and cleaned up after the party. The Food She tried to work within my budget for the food too. Costs for everything is high right now, so the prices had to increase a bit. I didn't give a proper headcount. I ended up with more guests than anticipated so we ran out of meat. The beef and chicken were deliciously prepared. I received a lot of compliments from guests. She had a taste testing before the party. I was able to make changes accordingly which I think helped a lot. The Flowers I asked for simple fuschia and white centerpieces. They turned out so beautiful. I received great compliments on the flowers from pretty picky family members who know their flower arrangements well. Live & Learn as I always say. A few things I learned: - Make sure the venue allows for ceiling draping before the event. I was supposed to have ceiling draping and a chandelier w/lighting which would have really made a difference in the ambiance. BUT we needed special permits that were not obtained in time. - Make sure you have a pretty precise headcount. Or maybe tell the servers to portion food accordingly. If we had maybe cut the portions earlier, I don't think we would have run out of protein. - Be open to last minute changes. - Plan early so you can make payments prior to the event. All in all, I would utilize Rosa's services again for our next big event. She was professional, approachable, and just lovely to work with. TIL next time

We knew from the moment that we met Eulina that she was the one we wanted to work with. We had…read moretalked to a few coordinators before we met with her, and had been discouraged by all of them for one reason or another. Our wedding was a sort of traveling affair, with two different locations for the ceremony and reception, and a trolley tour of the city in between for the happy hour. So we were dealing with a lot of independent vendors, and a LOT of moving pieces. Eulina was a LIFESAVER. We did a lot of the general leg work and heavy lifting ourselves, but Eulina was a true professional and really pulled it all together for us in the 30 days leading up to our wedding when we were really feeling a little crazy! She would check in with us weekly, sat down with us for an hour and a half over the phone one evening to put together our day of timeline, kept us on top of deadlines, and helped us make decisions we didn't even know we would need to make! She was also really helpful in dealing with our other vendors -- giving us guidance on points we needed to clarify with them, or going directly to them if needed. The day of the wedding went so smoothly thanks to her. Any little hiccups that happened throughout the day, we never knew about them until weeks later because she took care of them before I heard anything about it! For example, we had rented a couple of trolleys to take our guests on a tour of the city between the ceremony and reception, and two of our guests were accidentally left behind. Before anyone even knew what was happening, Eulina was on the phone with the trolley driver, and he was turning around to pick them up! Just one example of how Eulina gets things done and makes stuff happen! It was truly a pleasure working with her.
