Regardless of this, she still took her time and particularly tweezed any too small to grab hair to make sure my brows were flawless. I left out of there with non-irritated and good-looking brows. Eva is such an incredibly talented beauty artist- she does everything from brow microblading, to eyelash extensions, incredible haircolor (including ombre, peakaboo highlights) and she has also styled hair for world class editorial photographers including Erich Caparas of Tampa, and Lindsay Adler of New York. I have not personally had my brows done by her, but last night while she cut, colored and styled my hair in her salon I met a woman who had the brow microblading done and was blown away by how the shaping suited her so naturally and looked so detailed like real brows. Unfortunately when I called they only speak Spanish so I had my friend call for me and ask to make me an appointment and she said they do walk-ins and some appointments. After work on a Friday I went in and got a wax and tint on my eyebrows. The lady who did them was very professional and even did a mapping of my eyebrows so it matched up with my face. For the tint and wax it was $32 plus a free lip wax. After the wax and tint I think maybe the lady had forgot about waxing my lip but that's ok because I don't usually get that done anyway. The inside is very clean and very well maintained. I'll definitely be back!

I requested to come as a walk in, and to my delight, they were able to accommodate me. This is a student salon of sorts, along the lines of what the Paul Mitchell School is. I had to sign a waiver before getting a cut, just like the one you sign before getting a cut at the Paul Mitchell School. No big deal, just standard fare basically letting you know that students are cutting your hair and so forth. I came in for a regular haircut and I was given a shampoo with it too, which was very nice. I do think that they need to work on adjusting their chair height relative to the sink so that you're more comfortable. I was slightly uncomfortable, but it wasn't the end of the world. This was only during the shampoo phase. As is typical in student salons, an instructor comes along every now and again to give the students tips and critiques on what they're doing, so do expect that as they cut your hair. The staff is very friendly and personable, so that's another plus for this place. You'll be happy and comfortable as you get your cut. I left with a fantastic haircut and it only cost me $8!! That was with a shampoo as well! My presumption is that the price is that low because it's a student salon, but that was even less than the Paul Mitchell School charges. The value for money is incredible. I got a great cut and I was beyond happy with it. It may be a student salon, but they do top notch work at a bargain of a price.
