And when people came to see it, they asked me if I had any more pictures I could email them. I've had people ask to take their own pictures on tours of previous homes we've sold, but I've never been asked to share my own! They were that good! During the photo shoot, Chad made staging suggestions, worked around two rambunctious and curious kids, and never rushed us - even when we were moving boxes and rearranging shelves to make everything look perfect. He took the time to carefully set up lights in each room and work out the best angle with the best lens to represent the space as accurately as possible. He emailed me full-resolution and web-ready files of the edited pictures in just one day! When you're itching to get your house on the market, being that fast means A LOT! Chad's pictures online got so many people in to see the house that in less than a week we got a total of 5 offers - some above the list price. Now that we're moving on, I have beautiful memories of the nursery we brought my daughter home to, the tall trees my son loved to climb, and the house I loved driving up to everyday - truly a gift I will cherish forever. I recommend Chad Chenier Photography highly and would absolutely use him again!
