Specialties
Ana Lanier Portrait Studio specializes in editorial maternity photography with a fashion-inspired approach. Based in Carrollton and serving Dallas–Fort Worth, the studio creates modern, polished maternity portraits designed to feel more like a magazine spread than a traditional maternity session.
Full-service maternity sessions include professional hair and makeup, access to the studio wardrobe and accessories, and detailed posing guidance from head to toe. You don't need to know how to pose or be comfortable in front of the camera—that part is guided throughout the entire session.
Sessions are available for expecting mothers as well as couples, with both full-service and Petite maternity experiences available. Every session is photographed and professionally retouched by Ana, with an emphasis on intentional imagery, beautiful lighting, and a cohesive final gallery.
The studio is located in Carrollton, Texas and is available by appointment only. Maternity sessions are best photographed between 27 and 32 weeks.

Meet the Business Owner: Ana L.
I’m Ana, owner and photographer at Ana Lanier Portrait Studio. My path to photography wasn’t exactly traditional. I have a degree in Psychology and spent years in sales before my husband gave me my first camera. What started as curiosity quickly became something much bigger. After training in portrait photography, I discovered maternity portraiture and knew I had found the work I wanted to create. Today, I specialize in fashion-inspired maternity photography and love giving women an experience where they can step in front of my camera without worrying about how to pose or what to wear. I guide every detail and create portraits that feel polished, intentional, and editorial.
