I would give ZERO stars if that were an option. One is being highly generous.
Throughout my time under their care, I consistently felt that my concerns were not truly listened to or acknowledged. Appointments felt rushed, and questions or explanations about my condition were often met with judgment rather than discussion. As a patient, I believe collaboration is essential, yet any attempt to provide input or ask questions regarding my medications was dismissed. Treatment decisions were presented as final, with little regard for my lived experience or comfort level.
What is most concerning is that I was dropped as a patient despite having a chronic condition that requires ongoing, consistent medical supervision. Terminating care without appropriate transition, support, or concern for continuity of treatment placed my health at risk. For a patient managing such condition gaps in care can have serious and potentially dangerous consequences.

Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of that standard. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no patient, particularly one with a chronic condition should feel dismissed, judged, or abandoned in their care. read more
