Our scheduled movers failed to show as planned. I got on the web and found Jimmy who owns An Easy Move. He responded in less than 15 min to my email, he was one of 3 bids. Middle price but handled the call so well with the right questions and honest concern for our situation. He moved our house from the LA area to La Quinta right on time. Stayed in contact via text and phone throughout the day providing updates on timing for the arrival/unloading here in La Quinta. Being on the north side of 70, we have several moves behind us. I have never seen such a fine job of wrapping and protecting our goods. Each piece was individually blanketed and shrink wrapped. Never seen anything like it. No scratches, no damage and nothing broken. Also in todays world I never saw anyone on a cell phone while working. Jimmy and Jonathan were the BEST movers I have ever had. They were PROMPT, courteous and most accommodating. Some of my stuff was not wrapped and they wrapped my items and made sure that everything was brought in to the correct room and even moved it again when I was not sure what room it belonged in. At the end of the move, they asked if any of my furniture needed to be moved again to a different room in my home. Their price was more than fair; they moved quickly and did not dawdle or waste time. I give An Easy Move a 10 star recommendation. A five star is much too modest. They were great and I give them an unqualified recommendation. You will not be sorry to use them in your move. First off I want to say I am extremely happy I went with you guys from start to finish an easy move was nothing but pleasant. Jimmy and Jonathan were hands on with me through this whole operation. The team was amazing. being pregnant and moving is no easy task. These guys made it extremely comfortable for me.
