However, lately (the last two carpet cleaning experiences) were extremely expensive for the amount of time they spent actually cleaning the rug. They were here for about 20 minutes and it cost me over $160! Also, after the guys left I called the manager. I talked to him about pricing and an incident where one of the workers dropped a piece of equipment on my tile floor, he was rude to me. I think next time I am going to shop around for another rug cleaning service.

My local guys couldn't do the job & thankfully having me the number for ServPro. At first, they said they couldn't get here until THURSDAY (this happened to be Friday afternoon). I got a call saying that a crew would be at my house at 6:00PM!!!
