The frame has a life time warranty. I have called Ashley customer support, the Ashley store, and Ashley corporate. They all tell me the same that since they can't order a part, there is nothing they can do. The frame is what is broken. This was do to a poor weld job. I don't understand why a company with a reputation, for building top dollar products, would not stand behind their products. I paid over $800 for this chair, instead of buying a cheaper chair of your company name. This is how companies like yours end up going under. Look at the big names that went that way. I was greeted by Leanna Coffman, I showed her the coupon, she said yes, see what you would like and the coupon will be applied. I asked her if I had to make a purchase more than the $199.00 she said no. I walked around the store, I have been looking for new lamps. I ran in the sales manager, Mark Davis, I told himy story, that I figured this was a gimmick to get me to purchase the plan, he said, no way! That is yours to spend however you want, and said if I needed any help to let him know. I continued on my search, being greeted by Leanna to make sure I didn't have any questions. I did find a lamp I really liked, she helped me out a bulb in and turn it on. Perfect, I told her I would just take one, at the register she said I will give you 25% off, I said, OH! Great, I will also take the other one, Mr. Mark Davis came by and said, did you find something, I told him yes, going to get both lamps, he asked the Leanna how much was I going to pay for the pair, he said give them to her for .... I said really! He said yes, we stand behind our policy and nothing hidden. He said, I appreciate you being honest when you came in and was thinking the coupon was a gimmick. I have also purchased my purple bedding from Ashley's, I have always been treated so kind and couldn't ask for more professional home like folks. It felt more like a Dollar Store (vibe wise) than anything else. I didn't think the items were that "cheap" in terms of pricing nor did I think the brands were anything that warranted that pricing either. It all was just sort of, "meh". I usually get measured for bras every few years where my weight fluctuates. My mom is 68 and has never been measured. Actually, she's never been inside of a VS store. So, I told her to come with me. We, unfortunately, got the worst customer service employee EVER. When we arrived at the Crossroads Mall VS, there were two women folding. I asked if someone could measure my mom and it was her first time. There was an older, brunette lady who said she would. However, she acted like it was a bother. Having been measured numerous times, I knew what she was doing was incorrect. She told my mom she'd measure her right there in the middle of the store. So, my mom stood at the panties area and was measured with her sweater on. The lady didn't even ask my mom questions like what size she typically wears. She just gruffly said my mom is a 40 D. Then, she proceeded to say that they didn't have any 40 Ds in stock and went back to what she was doing previously - folding. My mom was pretty stunned where I had hyped up the experience. I was planning on buying some more bras, shorts, and jogging pants for myself but I was so disgusted by this older woman's attitude, that I told mom we'd go ahead and just leave. I tried to still be polite and 'thank' the woman, but she didn't even acknowledge me. It was the worst service I've ever encountered in a VS. I highly doubt I'll go back to this location. If this lady didn't want to deal with people, she sure picked the wrong job!!!

Not only do I recommend you buy all your clothes from Victoria's Secret, but you should buy their company stock as well.
