I called within 2 days of getting it to say I wanted to return it and get something firmer but was told that they "thought" returns were not possible. The woman on the phone passed me to a Derrick (I believe that was his name) who told me that the people he needed to contact to see if it could be done were not there since it was a weekend. He promised he would call me back in regards to the return. The website is very deceiving regarding returns. On the mattress page, it states no hassle refunds, but when you actually go to their Q&A section, hassle free returns EXCEPT for mattresses. I never heard back from Grand's. Advice? Just go to BeautyRest's site, as they do guarantee hassle free returns themselves and it is the same price.

Everything was great until the bed we chose didn't work for us and that's when the fine print kicked in. The whole time we were in the process of figuring out which bed we were going to go with, the constant comfort of "you have 120 days to decide if you like it or not" was a big factor. Being led to believe that if something did turn out to be not satisfactory, the company would stand by its products and make it right. It turns out that the bed did not meet our expectations and when we returned to exchange it, that's when the fine print came into play. That's when it was all explained that there are no returns, and if you choose a different mattress that is more expensive you have to pay the difference. If the replacement you choose is less than what you spent you don't get a refund, only store credit. It's funny how the staff so readily explains all of that after you've signed the papers. I know, we signed and should have been more diligent in knowing what we were signing. That's the last time a salesperson will make me feel comfortable enough to ignore the due diligence any contract deserves. P.S. Tempur-Pedic mattresses are overrated

He goes into details and is able to back his words. Decided this is where we would buy our set. The online store takes a second to figure out as far as which mattress to choose. Its a little tricky for me because, I'd rather be at the store and test them out. This company is too far away to do it. I called to the store and the owner helped me with questions and was really nice. You can tell he really cares about people. I took a chance and ordered the middle firmness. It was easy to put together but I didn't have a good night sleep for about two weeks. Seems like my body needed time to adjust. I do feel like I needed 1 level softer but after the 2 weeks its been fine. Hubby went hard core ultra firm and is absolutely loving it.
