We have traveled there several times, and had to actually walk into the office there where Denise is to get her attention because she NEVER returns phone calls, and never sends pictures. We have given her our information several times, and she still never seems to have it to send pictures or information on new listings. On our most recent visit, we asked her if there was anything coming up that she knew of and she was snotty and said that whatever she had was listed on Craigslist and that we should look there because she doesn't have time and she's too busy to remember to call us back or look for us. I have spoken to a few other agents in the area, and the sentiment about Denise is the same. How unfortunate that someone like that is getting all the rentals in Copperopolis.
