Almost 4 years ago I purchased a house in Sonora to be a rental property. After unsuccessful litigation, the cost to make the repairs outweighed the potential advantage of completing them. I knew I could not use an agent in the Sonora area after the litigation and looked outside the area. While looking on yelp, I saw a realtor named Scott Cary who had outstanding reviews from his clients. I phoned Scott who answered his phone and told him the circumstances around the property I had purchased. Scott totally understood my situation and said he would like to help me sell the house. Scott asked numerous questions and completed a market analysis to get the best possible dollar amount we could for the property I liked Scott's straightforward, honest, and no BS approach to the sale and marketing of my house.
