I see Amy, she has so far great, and I feel comfortable with being completely honest with her. She gives me options on my meds and respects my decisions with what my choices are. She lets me know if I need anything to just message her and if I need an appointment to just call or message her over portal. I won't go into details, but she has slowly showed me that I can start trusting mental health providers. I am big on advocating for mental health. I hope to keep doing with this business with them! The doctor I saw was Dr. Andres Barrero Ortiz MD., he was kind, insightful, and proficient in his abilities. I absolutely recommend him as a family doctor. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and resourceful. I found out they have a chiropractor and a dentist on site! Looks like I will look up both of those doctors and if they seem like the right fit .. we may try them out. We've been with our current dentist & chiropractor for a couple of decades ... worth a shot! Considering they are much closer than both of ours now. Paperwork was minimal and I didn't have to wait at all to get the Appt made - (less than a 3-day wait) and when I checked in today it took less than 10 minutes for them to call me back. There were two other families in front of me that were called back prior to me. Satisfied customer. Thank you.

It's been nearly a year since he went to Dr. Fritz and she still hasn't uploaded his test results to MyChart or gone over test results with him. She referred him to a specialist that can't get him in until June... we called the specialist and they said if Dr. Fritz calls to say it's urgent he might be able to get in sooner. The MA gave him a hard time and basically told him he just has to deal with it and refused to pass on the message to the Dr. Not to mention, my husband is also in residency so he knows how these things work and is still being wronged. We're asking PCP's to no longer refer patients there and would NOT recommend going here.

Went through a few until it was suggested that I go see Dr Buckingham and the staff at BFDC might be a good fit for me. They were right, the staff is very efficient, they check me in, bring me back, take my stats and I see the Dr in way less time than my family Dr. The best part is Dr Buckingham seems to have the natural skill of looking at my pumps stores details and comes up with a decent plan of what what needs to change in minutes. It's pretty impressive. And while she's doing all this, she actually talks to me and wants my input on what my thoughts are about keeping my diabetes under control. You have no idea how hard this is to find. Hopefully, she has no plans on retiring any time soon.
