I love this place the best is the milk spa pedicure it's very nice & clean the staff is amazing

I've been here before with someone else when they came to get a service. I decided to go on my own today and I will not be returning at all. The woman who stands in the shop all day greeting people and taking payments somehow barely greeted me, told me to give her one second, and never asked what service I needed for 5 minutes while I patiently stood at the door. Then when one of her employees finally comes up and greets me she finally remembers I'm there then comes up to me asking what I need and shoos me away to pick a generic color when I wanted gel. Needless to say I immediately walked out. If your customer/potential customer feels unwelcome not even having been in your shop more than 10 minutes, you have POOR business practices. read more

Don't support them. I never felt the way I did in a nail salon until I stepped into Amy's Nails. I was at work around the corner and my nail broke in half. I asked to soak off the acrylic. The person in charge stated it's "$30 to remove acrylic because it's not easy". She looked me up and down and walked me out the store before I could even respond that I was ok with the charge. I was in so much pain, I just wanted them off. Horrible behavior from a woman. read more

I use Amy's Nails all the time and typically they run an excellent business! Services are at a responsible price , appointment times are kept and staff is friendly and understanding. Today my 98$ pedicure was awful- the foot and leg massage was poor like just patting or rubbing skin especially on stress points. The person providing service did not listen and attempted to cut my "in grown toe nails" after I said no cuticle cutting. Then my favorite part my 10 -15 minute chair massage but they were under staffed so I either had to have the person who did the poor leg massage and did not listen or had to wait 25 minutes for my back massage. Unfortunately, I did not have time so NO chair massage and NO price adjustment for a 98$ (dollar) massage. Today very dissatisfied and disappointed. Only suggestion offered to come back tomorrow and speak with the owner. read more

Just recovering from serious surgery, I wanted a quiet, comfortable, clean, no- stress nail salon atmosphere. It had been 3 months and I had over grown nails and cuticles in serious need of a good detailed pedicure & gel manicure. Also needed a working massage chair. This salon had all that and the nicest friendly attentive staff. A great complimentary neck/shoulder massage accompanies your nail service. It was so good, I paid for an extra 10 min.and was given an extra 10 min.! I love this place. Tony and his staff are literally the nicest and most polite nail techs I have ever encountered. Walking in your greeted by name and everyone says goodbye and thank you when you are leaving. Joy and Mimi are my go to girls and I've never been happier about how my nails look each visit. Lately, this place has gone downhill, in my opinion. The last time I went, one of my nails was breaking, so I asked for a wrap. The manicurist insisted I didn't need one, and also cut my cuticles so aggressively that I got a couple of small cuts. The color gel looked ok, but a few days later, the nail that didn't get a wrap broke and I had to have my manicure redone at extra expense with a wrap. Another annoying thing is that they are always trying to upsell you to get a $100 manicure with gel, instead of the $30 with color gel, even though I have told them repeatedly that I don't want the high-priced manicure. I don't find the manicurists very friendly--they spend most of their time talking to each other in Korean and ignoring you. I've decided to switch to a different salon. read more

Do not patronize this salon. I went for a pedicure and was given an inexperienced girl who was very rough. When I stopped her and told her she was hurting me she replied " little bit of pain okay?" . To which I replied, "No! Not okay to have pain! No!" She proceeded and then cut me deeply along the nail bed on the side of my big toe which bled profusely. I honestly don't think she could see well despite her very young age as she held my foot so close to her face it concerned me. She applied pressure and some sort of antiseptic but seemed unconcerned about what she had done. I was terribly alarmed and fearful of infection and left the shop to care for it on my own as it continued to bleed. I recalled then an earlier incident when my daughters and I went together and one of them was also cut and bleeding and she also received no concern or care. Someone did come to my car and offer me a gift certificate and apologies as I was quite angry as I left but why do you have such an inexperienced girl on your staff? Why would anyone think that any pain whatsoever is okay? It took my toe 3 weeks to heal and was tender for another two. It was red and inflamed and I was very concerned about infection. Do not patronize this salon. You've been warned. read more

I previously wrote a tip for this business to state how great my massage was- that continues to stand true. However, after returning a couple times after, I am finding their customer service to be very inconsistent. Two of the times that I've been here, the same woman has done my manicures. Each time the woman told me multiple times to "relax" in a hostel tone. I'm sorry but if you expect me to relax after telling rudely... It's not gonna happen and just made me uncomfortable and anxious to leave. Silly me, I continued to return. Another uncomfortable experience was my last and final. I asked for a pedicure... The woman who did my pedicure asked which kind I wanted and was not pleased with my response of a "regular" pedicure. She continued to try to push every extra service after I continued to kindly decline. Once "defeated" (no pun intended), her entire body language changed and she was beyond rude. (All odd to me since I had 1 other "nice" experience with this same woman -- not the other nightmare who yelled at me to "relax"). After asking to also have a manicure, she perked up and became all friendly and chatty. Complete turn off. I went here for a French gel manicure last Wednesday night and by Saturday, two of my nails were broken. A week later, every single one of them were broken. I knew the woman did it wrong because I immediately realized how thin they were and they just didn't feel like gel nails. I also noticed that she didn't put each individual nail under the UV light after she did the French line, she was lazy and did the lines all at once, and then put my hand in one time. That's probably why they barely lasted 3 days. Won't be going back here- feel like I wasted $40 of my hard earned money when I could've done a better job myself. read more

I love the shellac manicure, which is very shiny and lasts 2 weeks. The pedicure is also great, the staff is very pleasant, and even if you don't make an appointment, you can get prompt service. They give you a nice back and neck massage while your nails are being done. Very pleasant, relaxing place. read more
