They first saw her at the west side location and we moved over to Fitchburg when she started to be exclusive to that location. They since then have opened an Eastside Location, but I refuse to change doctors and feel it is worth the drive 2x a year. Dr. Allison and her staff are so amazing. They are extremely pleasant to work with. I believe I only have been not happy with the customer service of the front desk once and we have visited at least 30x. My kids are almost to the age where they no longer will go here and I am so bummed because she is wonderful and wonderful with kids. Also, I was annoyed in the begging with it taking so long for my kids to get in for braces on referral. Mostly because my kids wanted before HS. The oldest of the 2 is dentally delayed so it has been rough... But after talking with tons of other parents and hearing how they were sent to early and had to get braces a 2nd time for their kids I was relieved. All though it seemed like a pain as they were in HS, she probably ended up saving me a ton of $ at the ortho. Thanks Dr. Dowd and team :)

He also prescribed a fluoride tooth gel that I use in addition to my regular toothpaste. I've had significantly fewer cavities since then and the waterpik cleans immensely better than brushing alone. Dr. Kammer also replaced several of my old silver fillings with ceramic ones that match perfectly for color. The staff at Victorious Dental is always helpful and gets me in for appointments promptly.

HELP! We were driving through the Madison/Sauk City area (from Chicago, up to Baraboo to go…read morecamping) when my 5 year old son accidentally swung a metallic water bottle at my 8 year old daughter and BROKE HER FRONT TOOTH IN HALF! Needless to say, we were traumatized. There was lots of crying and blood everywhere. Adding to our distress was the fact that we didn't know anyone in the area AND it was a Friday at 5:00. Every dentist in the area had gone home. After making a dozen calls, my wife managed to track down a very kind receptionist (Sheila), who referred us to Dr. Hernandez, who was on call for his own practice. He - very graciously - offered to help, despite us not being his patients. After some conversation, he advised that fixing the tooth could wait until Monday when we returned to Chicago. What a relief!! We are extremely grateful to Dr. Hernandez for his act of kindness. He didn't have to help. He had nothing to gain from it, but it was hugely helpful to us. More importantly, it was extremely comforting to speak with him. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

He has the highest skill level for technique and results. He is thorough and comprehensive in his examination and treatment. At first I was like, "wait, what? I've been getting regular care right along- how can there be so many issues that need to be addressed?" And then he started fixing them and I was like, wow, so that's how my mouth could have, (and should have been)! I've always feared and dreaded the front teeth upper gum and pallet novacaine shot, because it's a lot worse than a "pinch." But not with Dr. Jon. His technique gave me more of a slow pressure, not a painful pinch, which amazed me. And somehow he dialed in the exact amount- I had no pain at all, yet when I was done, my upper lip and nose didn't feel like I'd been punched, there was just a slight tingle that went away very shortly. The office staff is also great- appointments were handled with skill, multiple options, and accuracy. I am always greeted with warmth and friendliness, especially by Kayla. I'm just guessing here, but there might be a rule that only nice, pretty women are allowed to work there, I'm joking yet it seems to fit the observable facts. I am very glad I switched, my only hesitation in writing this review is that he'll get even more busy and it will be tougher to find an opening in the future... Still, my highest recommendation.
