They first saw her at the west side location and we moved over to Fitchburg when she started to be exclusive to that location. They since then have opened an Eastside Location, but I refuse to change doctors and feel it is worth the drive 2x a year. Dr. Allison and her staff are so amazing. They are extremely pleasant to work with. I believe I only have been not happy with the customer service of the front desk once and we have visited at least 30x. My kids are almost to the age where they no longer will go here and I am so bummed because she is wonderful and wonderful with kids. Also, I was annoyed in the begging with it taking so long for my kids to get in for braces on referral. Mostly because my kids wanted before HS. The oldest of the 2 is dentally delayed so it has been rough... But after talking with tons of other parents and hearing how they were sent to early and had to get braces a 2nd time for their kids I was relieved. Another great quality is that they are very open and upfront about costs and what your insurance (or dental discount plan) will and will not cover. That takes a huge stress off trying to manage the health and finances of your family. They are very kid friendly, but also very professional. It's been 5 years now and even with all the cavities my kids have had they do not fear the dentist. From the receptionists to the dentists everyone is kind and friendly. I also love that they've never once scolded my kids for being a kid. They will ask them to stop misbehaving if I'm concentrating on the billing or speaking with the dentist, but it's never said as a way to shame the child or the parent and to me this kind of positive influence from professionals is essential.

They were able to take me in the same day which was amazing. I informed them that it was causing me to have a headache and make my eye twitch. During my appointment, we were able to narrow down which tooth it was that was bothering me. My dentist was able to figure out my problem in two minutes by looking at my x-ray and saying my filling is off which is causing my pain. Amazing work. As many may know, tooth pain is no joke!
