Boston (in) bound tracks are on the parking lot side of the station. Providence (out) bound tracks are accessed using the pedestrian overpass. This is a fully 'outside' station so dress for the weather. Purchase tickets on the train. Temporary bathrooms and portajohns are currently available for customer use while a permenant bathroom facility is constructed. A metal fence seperates parking from the station and buses. Walk toward the left side of the fence, near the bathrooms, to enter. Bicycle parking is located by the bus stops. The station is in good condition. A few restaurants, bars and visitor info center are within a 15 minute walk of the station. Check the MBTA website for schedules, routes, prices and delays.

They have bus stops here as well, and places to leave your bikes. I see patrol coming around often. They do have porter potties which I don't like but it will do when you have no choice. You can get dropped off or drive in and leave your car. It's much nicer and so much closer with it being located in Pawt/CF.

Doing a job that must deal with so many people you can't come in with a bad attitude. And the excuse of someone else setting her off is not the case because she got on the train in Providence and her attitude began from then on. Looking on my ticket I see her conductor number 613013 just in case there is a misunderstanding of who I am talking about. She is on the 6a.m. train from Providence to South Station.

My friend and I went to Boston for the weekend via the "T". This is not my first time taking the "T" but it was the first time I drove there without being dropped off. Being the super organized person that I am, I planned everything down to the last detail. I checked the MBTA website for parking information at the South Attleboro station to compare it to boarding the train in Providence, as both stops happen to be about the same distance from my home. The only information listed stated that parking was $4.00 per day and managed by a separate company called "Laz" (so this is how they separate themselves from the parking company's unfair policies). Upon arriving, I picked the spot, checked my space number, and inserted $10.00 into this ridiculously outdated contraption. Thinking $4.00 per day and then just not having the change in ones, I succumbed to the additional $2.00 (big deal, I thought). So what happens after over-paying my parking and arriving the next afternoon to get my car? You guessed it, parking ticket! This ticket doesn't give you an option to call and explain, just the option to appeal and if your appeal is denied you are charged a $20.00 surcharge. Also, if you opt to pay by phone or internet you are charged a $3.50 surcharge, plus the $1 fee that is already added for the fact that you got the ticket in the first place. Now I'm faced with a little dilemma, do I mail a check in for $5.00 (potentially risking it being misplaced) or appeal and potentially be charged more and/or deal with traffic court? Any logical person will just pay the ticket, and this is what angers me most, they back you into a corner. The website does not mention that there is no overnight parking. There are not any readily noticeable signs that read no overnight parking as I was sure to check after receiving the ticket. Alas, there is a small section on the white sign near the outdated parking contraption on the bottom left that reads "No Overnight Parking". Unlucky for me I guess, as people were blocking that bottom portion of the sign as they stood to pay that morning. So thanks South Attleboro Station for all together charging me $15 for parking. The amount is not large but the inconvenience hugely unnecessary.

Beginning and ending a vacation can be stressful. But it doesn't have to be. Rachel's team is a well oiled machine. They pick you up and drop you off in your driveway. You get communications before you arrive at Logan, where they will pick you up, a picture of the vehicle and driver name. You can't imagine how wonderful it is to get off a plane, grab your luggage and just step outside the terminal to find a member of Rachel's team waiting for you. If you are thinking of doing it yourself here is a reason why you should not. We ran into a family on our vacation that drove to Logan and find the parking garages full. They had to valet their car without knowing where it was going. When they arrive at Logan after their flight, they have to go to the parking garage and find a valet. And then wait for the valet to go and get their car and bring it to them. Is that how you want your vacation to begin or end? You can trust Rachel and her team to take all that worry and stress away.

I told the driver I was going to retrieve my groceries and instead, he speeded off, with groceries still inside his car. I spent hours trying to contact him through the app. Finally I was able to get hold of a support agent and explained exactly what happened. I received my groceries around 11PM. Adding insult to injury, Lyft then charged me a $20 "lost item" fee - for my groceries that were not lost. The driver made off with them still in his car. Riders be aware, there is no phone support for situations like this. You can be charged fees even when it's the driver's fault. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Lyft is a company based in San Francisco, California, that offers mobility as a service, ride-hailing, vehicles for hire, motorized scooters, a bicycle-sharing system, rental cars, and food delivery in the United States and select cities in Canada. Lyft does not own any vehicles; instead, it receives a commission from each booking. Fares are quoted to the customer in advance but vary using a dynamic pricing model based on the local supply and demand at the time of the booking. As of 2022, with a 28% market share, Lyft is the second-largest ridesharing company in the United States after Uber. This last ride, I saw a Lyft driver about 4 min away from my pickup point and I chose it. It arrived promptly and I made sure his license plate was the one on the app. The car was a nice Hyundai but this guy had the sports radio very loud. I did not want to say anything but I would had expected the driver to ask if I minded having the radio that loud or even on, for that matter. After a few minutes, I was dropped off safely at my destination.
