I was traveling at 40 because that's what I always do. I noticed a car riding my bumper and flashing their high beams. I continued driving five miles over the limit which apparently wasn't fast enough. From the moment Mr. David Wagner arrived to pick us up, it was obvious this was a different kind of company. My husband is non-ambulatory, and had not yet been taken out of bed for the transport. Where this would have been an issue for some companies, David handled it with kindness & competency. He jumped right in and went to get a staff member and he assisted her himself. Mr. Wagner is such a pleasure to deal with. We felt secure in his knowledge of the equipment & he performed his duties excellently with a smile on his face & a kind demeanor. Not once did I reach for the grab bar or feel nervous of my husband's safety throughout our transport. Mr. Wagner couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating and he even helped us to maneuver the crowded doctors office that I have had trouble doing myself previously. There was absolutely nothing he could have done more for us as he smiled & left us with my husband safely back in his bed. Quality Transport NEMT, LLC., will definitely be used by my family again. They ended up showing up with one limo due to a "limo emergency", we packed into the limo and then the front of it started smoking so we could not ride it. Luckily we had a feeling it would go bad due to the lack of communication with them so we were ready with other cars. I would not recommend them to anyone.
