Using a transport company for a loved one can be a very unnerving experience. However, we were so…read moreimpressed with the friendliness, competency & professionalism we received with Quality Transport NEMT, LLC, that I felt compelled to leave a review. From the moment Mr. David Wagner arrived to pick us up, it was obvious this was a different kind of company. My husband is non-ambulatory, and had not yet been taken out of bed for the transport. Where this would have been an issue for some companies, David handled it with kindness & competency. He jumped right in and went to get a staff member and he assisted her himself. Mr. Wagner is such a pleasure to deal with. We felt secure in his knowledge of the equipment & he performed his duties excellently with a smile on his face & a kind demeanor. Not once did I reach for the grab bar or feel nervous of my husband's safety throughout our transport. Mr. Wagner couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating and he even helped us to maneuver the crowded doctors office that I have had trouble doing myself previously. There was absolutely nothing he could have done more for us as he smiled & left us with my husband safely back in his bed. Quality Transport NEMT, LLC., will definitely be used by my family again. And I urge anybody in need of non-emergency medical transport to utilize them as well. You are assured a safe, comfortable ride with a friendly, competent driver! Thank you Quality Transport NEMT, LCC for the best transport experience. We look forward to utilizing you again soon! Julea & Gary Busby

They ended up showing up with one limo due to a "limo emergency", we packed into the limo and then the front of it started smoking so we could not ride it. I wish I could give him 5 stars, but unfortunately, the driver he sent, was very late and personally did not produce the same professionalism as the owner (I'll refrain from going into more detail). I'm not sure if he has drivers on call that he usually uses or if he has to pull them from other places/ companies, but with the driver, it was not a good experience. Overall, I would still recommend his business, and hopefully he can find better help in the future.

I highly recommend this transportation service to anyone looking for an affordable service. They partner with the city for those approved to use the access I-ride program. What a blessing for those needing transportation to doctor's appointments. "Service with a smile" with safety, security and sincerity. Ms. Ruth is my (s)hero.
