This is the UPS store in the Publix plaza in 7 Hills. One of the women said to me that she had located a Dollar General nearby to me on Shady Hills Road. I never knew this. I stood there and shot the breeze with both of them for a bit, then thanked them and left. Next stop? That Dollar General. I walked in there and the woman said to me that "yes" they do take outbound ground shipments. Problem solved. Very little driving for me. Thank you ladies both.

By day 4, no one had picked it up, so we called them since we didn't want to incur any additional fees for having the dumpster on our property for longer than 3 days... this is where they said we needed to call them for pickup. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, my cc account had a misc $120 charge from them for going over the weight limit. We were told as long as it's below the rim of the dumpster that we were good to go. The lack of communication with this company and their policies is lacking and I hate to think that it's for shady reasons (being able to charge you more for their service). By now, I'm very familiar with the process, so I called the published technical support number listed in the app. However, when I called 1-866-913-3733, the automated bot informed me that the call could not be completed. I then had to search for an alternate number and I called 1-863-688-3733. I should also mention that I have many years of experience working in software myself, so I'm very familiar with troubleshooting procedures and understand that issues can arise. What I don't understand is why this same problem continues to happen so frequently. And no I didn't forget my password as I log into the app many times per week. During my second call, my frustration got the better of me and I muttered an inappropriate curse word. I immediately apologized to the representative, as it was not directed at her personally. The representative then requested my member number. I had my checking and savings account numbers readily available, but I don't recall ever being given a customer/member number to provide during previous support calls? Given the circumstances, it left me wondering whether the interaction had changed because of my earlier remark, though I sincerely hope that wasn't the case. Unfortunately, the representative was unable to resolve my login issue. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but it became apparent that one was not going to be brought into the call, so I eventually ended the conversation. In all my years dealing with MIDFLORIDA's technical support department, I've never had an experience this disappointing. After nearly two decades as a customer and repeated issues with online banking access, I'm seriously considering moving my accounts to another financial institution. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and discouraging. At the moment, my login info has not been reset. Maybe get AI to replace the rep? I'm certain, I'd be online right now.
