I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before I said, "excuse me?" The young man sighed and said "wassup", never coming to the front. I've never gotten good service at this location, but this was atrocious.

Unfortunately, the package was never delivered due to an issue with the address formatting. I contacted the store for assistance and to request a refund or resolution, but I was informed that no refund would be provided, and I did not receive an apology or clear explanation. I paid for a service that did not occur, and the lack of customer support and accountability was disappointing. For a service that handles time-sensitive shipments, I expected more proactive communication, verification of address details before shipping, and a willingness to resolve the situation when the service failed. I hope Goin' Postal improves its address verification processes and customer service practices so that future customers do not have the same experience.

This store has been good- the workers are nice and really helpful and it's kind of hidden so I feel like it's not as busy as some of the other locations in town.
