When requesting a notary, I was told that there "wasn't anybody here for that, try back tomorrow." When I asked if I could schedule, I was told "we don't do that". Every answer was "I don't know." One of the banks recommended the UPS store so we gave them a try. Twenty minutes later and we were out the door with all six documents properly serviced. Such a great experience! For a service that handles time-sensitive shipments, I expected more proactive communication, verification of address details before shipping, and a willingness to resolve the situation when the service failed. It's about a mile and a half walk away from our hotel. We decided to brave the heat and humidity. It's a small 3rd party mailing center located in a small strip mall and it has AC. Yes! Haha! The gal at the counter was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She patiently answered all our questions and provided us with what we needed to get our pieces of mail sent out.

This store has been good- the workers are nice and really helpful and it's kind of hidden so I feel like it's not as busy as some of the other locations in town. Taking any Amazon returns here is so easy you don't even have to talk to a worker anymore, you can just check in on the computer and off you go. And if you do need to send a package it's still so much better here. The only upside to USPS are the nice boxes you can get there but to me it's still more worth it to come here. And they do have limited hours of open time on the weekends which is nice if you work full time during the week like me!
