I am so glad that he took in my scooter even though I had bought it elsewhere that had no follow up on service. For that I am grateful to Craig. Also this is a very friendly place to do business. The service, both at the counter and with the scooter, is outstanding. The prices are reasonable. My last review sadly was based more on my personal frustration than on their excellent service.

Definitely not customer oriented.

The reason we brought our vehicle in for a repair was to have a working DVD player in the back for an upcoming trip. Our DVD player is not repaired. The radio system did not work, so they told me they had to install an aftermarket radio to get it working. A few hours after dropping it off I was called and told that they had to open up the roof because the DVD player was not working after installing the radio. I okayed it and expected they would call me back to let me know when it was working. No one called me until it was finished and time to pick it up. I assumed it was all fixed since they told me to pick it up, but when I was shown the new system the DVD player was not working. Someone should have told me that it was not going to be working when I picked up the vehicle. I likely would have not had the aftermarket radio installed if it wasn't even fixing the problem I wanted fixed. When I picked it up I was surprised at what I got. We knew it would be aftermarket, but no one explained to us that it meant we would have cords coming out of the car now to connect our phone, and to use the phone on bluetooth from a wired speaker before they installed it. The phone even has trouble staying connected when plugged into the cord, so the music and phone calls continuously disconnect. The bluetooth also does not work all the time. To fix the DVD problem I was told we would have to get one from a salvage yard. They do not do the ordering for this part, so I had to do it myself. The guidance that I received was inadequate in obtaining the correct part. The part that the salvage yard sent from the information they told me to tell them was not compatible with the new radio they had installed. I left my car with them all day (for a second time) and was told at the end of their working day that it was not compatible. I was out of time to get the DVD player working before our trip. I left the shop having nothing fixed the second day, having wasted the whole day without a vehicle, and with a part that I had to return back to the salvage yard. (Which was not easy to obtain on time in the first place. I had to make special arrangements to get that part to them to do the repair on time.) I am unhappy with how much money I spent, and that now I am left with more problems than solutions. Promises were made to us which were not kept in fixing the problem in a timely manner. It was not a timely manner, the problem we wanted fixed was not fixed, I had to do too much work to get all the necessary parts to them on time, and we spent way too much money. Their shop was recommended to us, and unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

I had just driven from work from South Houston, to LaMarque to pick my father up and headed to the Ford Moter dealership in Rosenberg to look at a car I wanted. Apparently they are the king of liars and I ended up waisting time, energy and GAS! I didn't even end up getting out of my car after I found out I was lied to. As we drove off my father remembered the gentleman who sold him his car a few years back and said that Mr. Fiaz was honest and a hard working dealer at Baytown Hyundai. So he called him over the phone and he quickly called back stating he could help. When I got there he set me up with Kimberly Woodburn who was very nice and professional. She explained and answered all of our questions. Mr. Fiaz got me in the exact car I wanted (2020 Hyundai Sonata SEL) and I walked out of there happy. They even stayed late to help a since I ended up getting there at 8p and they closed at 9p. Total experience was the best I've ever had. Baytown Hyundai will definitely get my business again and great references from me!

They were able to get me in Monday after incident without an appointment, and a tire was ordered and came in on that very .same day. They communicated with the dealership where I purchased my car in Baton Rouge and the additional tire and rim insurance that was validated and credited. my vehicle was picked up and transported to their dealership from app 4 miles away free of charge, and tire insurance was validated And the work was completed free of charge. The final invoice showed $2,192.12 in charges, a $1,542.34 warranty adjustment and $744.92 due from me, but it did not clearly explain how the warranty payment was applied to each repair. The dealership also did not provide the customary vehicle cleaning after service. I expected transparent pricing, a clear itemization and better customer care from a BMW dealership. When we arrived, the car was dirty and clearly not properly prepared. We also noticed mechanical issues, including oil in the pan and clutch problems. The dealer acknowledged the issues and said they would be repaired, and we waited while those repairs were supposedly completed. We already had financing fully approved, and we stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. We also provided all the insurance information requested to move forward. The only step left was the down payment. We acted in good faith the entire time, but because we missed ONE phone call, the dealer chose to take a deposit from someone else and sold the car without any notice. After everything we did on our end, this is beyond disrespectful. This is not how you treat serious buyers who are ready to close.
