This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had as a home owner. The roof took weeks to take off and install the new one. After the "cleanup" I picked up hundreds of nails, including in my driveway, and many pieces of shingles larger than a hand. 6 months later we got a leak, it took from February to late April to get it fixed properly. The original fix included slopping caulk on top of the shingles, I'd attach images if possible. The owner of the business came and fixed that. He then promised to pay for repairs in the house. We got the drywall repaired and he then wouldn't return texts, Facebook messages, or phone calls. Once I finally got a hold of him he baulked at the cost because he "didn't approve a bid". I sent him a message we had a guy ready to repair and he didn't reply for two days so we got the drywall fixed. Now he claims to not have the money to pay for the repair and won't return calls or messages. This has been an unfortunate experience, learn from my experience and look elsewhere for your roof. You will regret this choice. read more
