ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING -- 5 STARS AREN'T ENOUGH! Without question, this was the best experience I have ever had with a roofing company--and honestly, one of the best experiences I've ever had with any contractor. I truly believe God places people in our lives for a reason and at exactly the right time. For both my daughter, Miranda, and me, that person was Hank Boehme. From our very first conversation, Hank was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, incredibly responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we were taken care of. It's rare to work with someone who makes you feel like more than just another customer, but Hank did exactly that. He took the time to explain everything clearly so I could make informed decisions, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made everything as easy and stress-free as possible. His effort, integrity, and genuine concern for his customers were evident at every step. I never had to wonder what was happening, and Hank never once made me feel like a burden. He answered calls and responded to texts--even after hours and on weekends--quickly and professionally. He made sure I understood every step of the process and consistently followed through on his commitments. The roofing crews deserve just as much recognition. They were professional, hardworking, respectful of our homes and property, and incredibly efficient. Their workmanship was outstanding, and it was clear they took pride in doing the job right. Whitney Roofing should be extremely proud to have people like Hank and these crews representing the company. I had a different crew than my daughter, Miranda, and both crews were excellent. These are the employees who build a company's reputation. They don't simply complete a job--they create customers who will gladly recommend the company to their family, friends, neighbors, and anyone else who will listen. Whitney Roofing has earned our trust, gratitude, and highest possible recommendation--with Hank leading the way! If you need a roof, CALL WHITNEY ROOFING AND ASK FOR HANK BOEHME. Seriously. You'll understand exactly why I felt compelled to write this review. Hank, thank you for going above and beyond and for taking such incredible care of my daughter and me, as well as our homes. You didn't just earn our business--you earned our trust, and that means far more. Whitney Roofing and Hank Boehme have our highest recommendation. We would choose them again without hesitation. read more

Whitney Roofing was installing a new roof at my neighbors house. I was working in my yard and Whitney Roofing had a young gal passing out flyers throughout the neighborhood. She asked if I would like a flyer and I obliged. Coincidentally the day before I was telling my wife how desperately we need a new roof from hail damage. Fast forward, the next day I called Whitney Roofing for a free assessment and estimate. Hank Boehme from Whitney Roofing immediately called me to set up a time and date to assess my roof. I'm pretty sure it was the next day Hank was on my roof doing an inspection. That same day I was on the phone with my insurance company to get an adjuster out to inspect my roof. Hank kept in touch throughout the entire time, and Hank even showed up and got up on the roof with the insurance adjuster when he came out to do his inspection. Anytime I had a question I would call Hank and he would answer and have a knowledgeable answer for any questions I had. Hank even suggested a newer color scheme of shingles that matches my siding perfectly! I was great appreciative of that. Fast forward again, the roofers came and made sure everything was tarpped off and gently moved so no damage would occur to the house, potted plants, and bird bath. The roofers are absolute work horses. They worked nonstop for 6 hours. They ripped off the old shingles and replaced a few pieces of OSB board and installed the new shingles and board in 6 hours. I very impressed by how well they worked! I will say I did have another neighbor getting a new roof installed several weeks before mine and he "DID NOT" use Whitney roofing and it took those roofers three days to put on a roof that should have taken 12 hours max! I am an ex carpenter and put on several roofs in my lifetime so I also went up inspected everything after the job was complete and I did not see any "shiners" basically meaning nails, sticking out anywhere or showing. I was very pleased with the job that was done and the attention to detail that was taken to install my new roof at an affordable price! I highly suggest using Whitney roofing and asking for Hank Boehme as your sales representative! read more

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Hands down, the BEST experience I have ever had with a roofing company... actually, with just about ANY contractor we have ever worked with!! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Hank Boehme, and I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about him. From the very beginning, Hank was knowledgeable, honest, incredibly responsive, and just an all-around amazing person to work with. He gave us all the information we needed to make informed decisions, communicated clearly throughout the ENTIRE process, and worked directly with our insurance company to help make everything as easy as possible for us. When we discovered that our insurance coverage wasn't quite what we thought it was, Hank didn't just shrug his shoulders and leave us to figure it out. He immediately started looking for more affordable options and ways to make the project work for us. Communication was phenomenal from start to finish. Whether we had questions about the project, timeline, supplies, billing, insurance, or what was happening next, Hank made sure we knew what was going on and never made us feel like we were bothering him by asking questions. And the crew that came to our home deserves recognition too! They were professional, hardworking, respectful, and did an incredible job. I sincerely hope Whitney Roofing values Hank and this crew as much as they clearly enjoy being part of the company, because employees like these are EXACTLY what turn a customer into someone who will recommend your business to everyone they know. Because of Hank, Whitney Roofing just earned as much praise as I can possibly sing to anyone who will listen! If you're looking for a roofing company, call Whitney Roofing and ASK FOR HANK. Seriously. You will understand exactly why I wrote this review. Hank, THANK YOU for taking such incredible care of our family and our home. Cant say enough things about these guys. Very professional and competitive pricing. I called and received estimates from at least a half dozen roofing companies and ultimately decided to go with Whitney because they were very upfront and honest about potential expenses popping up along with being on the affordable end. Hank took care of me in the timeframe he promised, even though there were back-to-back storms. Even went the extra mile and did some touchup paint for me that I had been avoiding on the side of the house free of charge. This is the only company I will go with in the future! Thank you Hank and everyone at Whitney! read more

Hank was so great to work with! After being denied TWICE for insurance claims, Hank went to bat for us and helped get the third claim approved. He was easy to communicate with and advocated for us every step of the way. Highly recommend! read more
