We live in a remote location far from their home base and they were still not only willing to come this far for a quote, (most others would not, they all expected me as a novice to take measurements and send photos for a quote), they scheduled quickly. Once we were given to go ahead, they came out within days and were beyond professional. the demo was clean, quiet and quick. Robert, our contractor cared about every detail to ensure my father had the perfect shower that would work for him and would also stand the test of time. the tile work is beautiful and he even fixed any issues with the backing behind it and insulation! he fixed some plumbing issues that arose and in the end the remodel of the bathroom was beyond what we had hoped for! What stood out more to me was the amount of care he placed in every detail. It was almost like he was building the shower for his own father's care. This is a hardworking, honest and dependable contractor that did not surprise us with additional cost. He finished the job on time and truly gave 100%. At one point, he even volunteered to remove a bull snake from my yard as my dogs would not leave it be and I was too frightened! At the end of the project, the most important question is, would I work with this person again? The answer is a resounding yes. I'm already planning more projects with Alex for the spring. I'm no stranger to remodeling. Precious contractors have had sky high prices with truly mediocre results that left me wishing I'd just done the work myself. Alex and his crew have done outstanding work at reasonable prices, while being very receptive to my feedback and high expectations. Selfishly, I don't even want to post this review because I'd rather keep this awesome unicorn contractor for myself but since Alex has done so much for me, I gotta at least return the favor.

Marcelo and his crew were professional, polite, hardworking, and thorough. I hired Juarez Painters through the Home Depot, Ogden Pro Desk. Home Depot does criminal checks and licensing review. The painters worked hard all day and went above and beyond to finish the job. They painted a very high staircase, large landing and a bedroom. The painters even asked for a broom to thoroughly clean up the worksite after they were done. Marcelo Juarez's brothers are his crew! Total family professionalism! We emptied all the drawers in said furniture as well. We had a team of four installers and they did a wonderful job! Carpet fits perfectly. What truly amazed me was the professionalism. The didn't dawdle or took several breaks, they went to work and worked until the job was finished. Biggest surprise was how well they cleaned up after themselves. They replaced the furniture, helped me vacuum each piece. At the end when they were getting ready to leave, they asked if there was anything else they could help us with. But man do I tell you Robert can get so much done even in a day ! We were thoroughly impressed with his work. If we didn't like something or if we noticed something and pointed it out to him, he would fix it. Another thing that we really loved about them is their communication. We always knew when Robert was coming or going. There were no surprises of what time he was gonna show up, which with another company, we had nothing but issues and had no idea when they would show up and do work that was not the case with these guys!! They were both very professional and anytime we made adjustments They provided an updated estimate. Robert would even show us what he did at the end of each day as well. We initially contacted them for one big job in our basement, and we were so impressed with their work that we had them come back for 4 different jobs. I believe them to be extremely reasonably priced. They were a tad more than another company that we looked at, however, we are so glad that we went with these guys over them. I really only had one single complaint if you can even call it that. But sometimes Robert would use things without asking. (One Example: our nice kitchen broom to clean up construction dust) we just bought a new one and didn't say anything cause it's not a huge deal, but do wish he would have asked as we had another broom that could have been utilized for a dirty job. But seriously I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

They did some stucco repair work as part of a covered patio I had added. In the process, i asked…read morethem to fix some other stucco damage at our house. He was out very quickly and got the job done quickly. they had to color match the existing stucco for which they did an amazing job. The quality of work was great! One star removed because the estimate / bidding ran into some hiccups because of what I understand were computer problems. Would certainly recommend!!!

I had a specific paint color and quality in mind with a top to bottom painting project. I received multiple quote from licensed contractors and in the end Elevate offered me the quality, timeliness, and price I needed. The paint was on originally within a week for the entire job. We did have some difficulty with missed spots, drips, and overpaint. This was a bit frustrating as it took three revisits for the final outcome, but I must say that even with those revisits the job was completed very much to my liking, Greg made a revisit to help with the completion, and I am satisfied with having used their company and would recommend the final product.
