The office staff were super friendly, Tom is very responsive, and the workers were very respectful and professional - we were shocked at how efficient they were, even working through the rain. We thought our sloped terrain would be tricky because our home's previous owner put the fence together weirdly to cover the drop, but because All Quality uses individual slats NOT big prefab fence pieces like my neighbor did, the workers expertly and seamlessly adjust the fence to any elevation change and it looks so good. Highly recommend this company; this was one of our top contractor experiences in all our years as a home owner.

Jerry came out for a free estimate within hours of my call, and from start to finish he was quick and easy to communicate with, organized, and incredibly kind. He even expedited shipping on part of the fence when our dog kept getting out, which was such a relief. On top of being wonderful to work with, GT Fence does amazing quality work- and they do it efficiently. Their pricing was also by far the most reasonable I found. Honestly, they made the whole process stress-free, and I can't recommend them enough. I'm already planning to have them back for another estimate!

He also promised to honor the quote he gave when we were ready to move forward, and he did. Day of he comes out and from the time he parked the truck until the time he got back in it was maybe ten minutes. Asked two or three questions and said it was all he needed and that the quote would come via email within the next few days. About a week later the email and the same estimate shows up in the mail the same day. The estimate is insanely high. Closer to 20K than it is to 10K for 160-ish linear feet of 6ft basic white vinyl privacy fencing and 2 gates. I didn't ask for anything specialized, custom, top of the line or exotic. Only bare basics. WTH. After a few days I called the office and left a message about what the price would be if we removed the old fence ourselves and never got a response which is what I assumed would happen. I'll take their silence to mean...??...the job is too small and they don't want to deal with it since there isn't enough money involved so let's give an unrealistically high quote that checks the box that a quote was given even if I would have to be an idiot to agree to it? They never returned my call or my follow up email so I'll take their silence to mean that it's time to move on, and I did, to another company who did a fantastic job for less than 10K. I get it. It's a crazy world we live in right now with supply chain issues, soaring prices and companies having lots of ongoing staffing issues which is why my rating isn't lower. But at the end of the day, there are times when you just get a vibe or feeling that the person/company you're dealing with isn't interested and that's exactly what I think happened here.
