He arrived early to the appointment, waited patiently and chatted with us while we waited for my realtor to arrive with the keys, and was so helpful during our appointment. He is incredibly knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and thorough. We had a lot of questions, and he explained things very clearly and took his time. He is awesome! I look forward to hiring him any time I need an electrician for my new house! Thanks, Brandon!

I had been a long time customer when Tom was there too but have not experienced issues more recently with them as others have expressed in their reviews. Water stains on the 1st floor ceiling from a toilet that was removed and replaced (you don't even want to know why they did this). The replaced bathroom ceiling fan was not set right, so there is an ugly gap next to it. For the minimal work they did, they charged me over $1,000, then they tried to charge me another $600 for replacing the flapper and flusher in the toilet (I kid you not - $20 of parts, 5 minutes of work = $600). What a great company this used to be.

I found Jon here on Yelp and called to see if he was interested in replacing my water softener and installing a rather large whole-house carbon filter. He asked me to email him the link to carbon filter I was considering, to get the ball rolling, and then he responded telling me the filter was appropriate so I could order it online. He scheduled an appointment for an estimate and then to complete the work, both in a timely manner. He gave me an estimate of time and his hourly rate which was very fair. I was impressed with the design of the brass pipes he built to my filter and then to my softener. He mounted the filter in a position so that it will be easy to replace the cartridge, and I am sure planned it that way. He also quickly fixed a leak in the basement sink faucet and installed a new faucet/drain in the bathroom. Jon is humble but confident, the type of confidence that can only come from having the proper education and experience.
