NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I SET FOOT IN HERE AGAIN- I cannot believe the way I was treated for trying to walk to the counter to buy a few buzz balls at around 10 pm from Gina. I don't know if it was a power trip she was on or if she was having a bad day or what but there is a tiny sign above the counter where you pay that states' " after 6pm please leave Id with cashier before going to chose alcohol from the store". Well I have never been in this store before, nor have I ever heard such a ridiculous rule. I have never even heard anything close to that rule and had I known about it I would have gladly left my ID WHILE GOING TK SELECT alcohol to drink. But I get to the cashier to with the drinks and she starts to give me attitude followed by "so I can't sell this to you".... I was in shock, it was a honest mistake and one that obviously had nothing to do with me as this rule was put into place to stop theft and I was at the counter about to make a purchase. So long story short.... She then tells me to leave the store and refused to sell me the alcohol. I ask for her manager, first she won't tell me who the manager is and then tells me the managers name is Valarie and she will be there in the morning. I won't avoid this location at all costs.... Homeless people surround the entire location as do people selling drugs and people looking to rob you or your car the second you step away from it. Believe me or don't. Car wash is a scam, often stops working and they will not let you pass through again if it breaks on you. Also you will not recieve a refund without the main store manager "chris" since he is supposedly the only one that perform this basic task. Me and about 4 other people that all paid for a wash had to find this out the hard way. The employees are extremely rude. I went in to buy a couple beers and as expected, they asked for ID. I pulled out my military ID and the older short haired lady looked at it puzzled as to what it was. She then said she couldn't accept it. What??? Why??? It is a government issued ID. I would have just used my regular drivers license, however it's from out of state and I always get uneducated employees question it, so I usually just use my military ID to make things easier. Anyways, after trying to explain to the lady about the ID, she finally accepted it, while also stating that next time she would not sell to me. She was very rude. She told me the total and I went to hand her cash. This lady literally ripped the cash from my hand, mumbled to herself and continued the transaction. At this point, I spoke up and said, "excuse me, I didn't hear what you said, and quite frankly, you don't need to be rude to me." She responded with " I'm just doing my job and your ID is not real. If I can't scan it, it's fake. Company policy" At this point I just laughed, grabbed my items and walked out. I will never come here again. Rude employees! I ran inside and I forgot my mask (my fault) but they were being SUPER RUDE about it. I was gonna go back to get my mask and as soon as i turned around I saw TWO cops without a mask. I pump gas at this gas station because of the convenience of being right next to the freeway. Do not come here if you feel like getting your day ruined. The cashiers have the worse attitudes and customer service. I didn't realize the car wash wasn't working and they didn't want to give me a refund. Arco management needs to train these people to have better customer service! Very dismissive.... Find a better job if you don't like dealing with the public, that's my suggestion for miserable people. Never coming here again! read more

I needed a sugar fix on my way to San Diego. I had my niece and nephew. We all agreed that snacks were I. Order. Okay, I apologize to the wonderful cashier that has to clean up after my niece dropped the slurppie. I was super apologetic and trying to clean up. The cashier had such an upbeat attitude and told me not to worry about it. It did make me feel bad nonetheless. She was really sweet and jokes with us. The place was clean. The front cashier who checked us out was also very nice. It was an overall positive experience which I don't say very often about AM/PM. Thanks again ladies !!! read more

Worst customer service . Went for gas a bag of ice and carwash . Went to the car wash and the dryer didnt go off . So we pulled over and towel dried it and went in to ask for either a free carwash or refund and all they said was that's not their issue . That the car wash needs maintenance and they cant do anything . Then the lady started calling a woman named Nancy over and over and when she didnt come simply told me Nancy is busy so I'll have to wait and kept shooing me out of her line to help other people . Completely useless and incompetent people work here . They need new better trained staff read more

There's always at least 3 people working here and only one cash register is open. The other ones just lurk in the back doing nothing. As a result there's always a really long line. The cashiers are pretty rude. I was at the front of the line and one cashier told me to move very rudely so that he can help the customer behind me. I was super confused and just kind of gave him a questioning look and he told me to move again even louder. Now he gives me a dirty look every time I go there and just lurks I'm the background while I wait in line staring at me. It's super creepy and rude. This gas station is the most convenient cuz it's right next to my gym but I'm going to start going to the 76 across the street from now on. read more

I am very disappointed with this ampm. The people at the register are so rude. I was having trouble with one of the pumps, and asked for assistance at the register, one of their employee name Tristan was the rudest person . He was already been rude to a costumer ahead of me and he was giving her attitude. When I asked for assistance all I wanted was for him to move me to another pumps. But Tristan kept insisting that there was nothing wrong with it and I wasn't doing it right. (After trying to do it four time).So I asked for help, when he was walking out to take Care of the situation he was talking alot of smack like been bother to do his job. I even told him if it was a big deal for him he could of had someone else helping me. After I had mention it to him he was going crazy harassing me talking shit grabbing the pump and trying to put it in my car. I asked I'll take care of it because he was literally hitting my car like he was angry . So told him to stop and please back away or else I was going to complain to HR they way I was been treated . He kept coming close to me with his hands up saying " I don't give a shit, fuck you! Fuck you! I don't give a shit call and report it bitch, we have cameras" I asked for him to leave me alone and he kept going saying "Fuck you! Fuck you!" . People around we're asking if I was okay. I couldn't believe my eyes what had happen. I can't believe they will hired people like this. I DON'T FEEL SAVE ANYMORE AT THAT GAS STATION. The cashiers at this ampm is so rude and unprofessional. Went in last night for gas and some beer. Apparently, they keep their beers locked. My husband asked politely asked if they can unlock it. Eddie the cashier responded " ya if you give me your ID..." and then whispers "f**ckn dumbass" So of course my man goes off about him being unprofessional... and everybody else in line was also getting aggregated about the situation because the cashier EDDIE was just so rude and dumb. Eddie also then asked my husband how much is the beef jerky because he had 3 in hand. My husband responded "idk I have 3 here. You work here Eddie, you should know the price" manager came along and tried told my husband to shut up. Eddie rang him up totaling the beef jerky at $16 after he said its $1.99 each. Scam ass fat fool for real. Clearly Eddie the cashier doesn't know his math. He over charged us for the beef jerky . $1.99 x 3 should be about $6. We noticed the overcharge while we went we were pumping gas already. So we came back in to get the adjustment. Got the difference if the money. Of course Eddie was still feeling salty. Threw the change on the table and told my husband to never come back. Rude as sh*t. With that kind of attitude, that is why people is stuck with a sorry ass job like that.
