Talk about racial discrimination here. Stopped by at this location to use the restroom with family. As soon as we walked in the two employees were quick to lock the restroom up (signage was posted "out of order")and hid the key behind the counter. Once the last of one of our family members exited the restroom, one of the employees ran to the "out of order" and opened the door for the remaining customers that were waiting. They watched us carefully as we walked around the store to purchase snacks. Once we got to register, the employee then decided to knock our beverages down and laughed about it with their coworker. After getting our change back, the cashier refused to give us a receipt after requesting one and then proceeded to talk in their foreign language to us. Never thought we'd experience this horrible customer service on Easter, let alone with our children watching this whole situation . this ampm is poorly designed. from the roadway, it's not apparent where the convenience store is until one passes the pathway to it, causing one to cut thru pump lanes, etc. items inside aren't reasonably priced either. drink: pure tea, green tea (2.19) -tasted good from natural tea. drips: -ampm (arco) has never taken credit cards, that's why they sell gas for less. read more

New pumps say Apple/Mobile Pay, but then they don't have it turned on and with no labels to help at the pump. I finally used a card and it worked. I let them know inside and they laughed at me and said that people will figure it out, not caring that I took the time to let him know it wasn't a good experience. Also, got a weird vibe when asking to use the bathroom and their bathrooms were very gross & had no TP. I left upset, so here I am. read more

This isn't about the gas or service it's about the person who decided it was a good idea to put boulders hanging over the curb in the entrance! Came thru at 3:20am 10/30/2018 and didn't see the entrance til to late and came close to curb and not to find the boulder came out farther then the curb and destroyed side of my truck! So I stopping to get gas and go inside to get a water the sign on the door says PG2 bottles for $4.50 I go up to the counter and she said six dollars I said how was it six dollars the manager comes over we walk over to the window I show him it says two for 450 he goes oh I'm sorry that expired a couple weeks ago and I'm like Jesus take the sticker down how hard is it it's just a little sticker and he says yeah I will try to get those down later today of course he didn't honor the price that was there which is why I'm leaving this frustrating yup and I will definitely never come back to this location read more

Every single time I've gone inside, the cashier is on his personal phone through his airpods and doesn't interact with the customer at all. It's difficult to understand if he's talking to you or not, and feels super rude. Also every time I've gone, any deals displayed in the store don't get automatically put into the cost. I've gotten the receipt, looked at it, and realize it's a couple dollars higher than it should be because discounts and deals didn't get added in. Good news is it's clean inside and it works as a gas station. read more

Like the C-store, but think it blows that AM/PM is debit or cash only, and debit pays 45¢ for that service. (Quik Stop and an independent fuel station on opposing corners both take credit cards without a fee, same fuel price generally.) But glad to see they've returned from the shutdown during the brunt of the economy going south. It is a slightly more convenient stopping point than the other two, though if it's a potty-only stop, McDonalds is across the lot and may be a faster option (and $1 a pop... for a pop, is a tough option to beat). Found staff to be rude. Never paper in the receipt dispenser at the pump so i I'm forced to go inside for a receipt. Never any solution in the windshield cleaning bucket. No longer go to this Arco. And I have the rest of the company also going to another Arco. Apparently these people do not know the meaning of the words customer service. read more

This Arco offers on of the lowest Gas prices in town. The gas pumps are pretty new and when it's busy the pumps are actually quick unlike some places where it gets slower as there are more people. The foot mart is large and has a great selection of snacks and all type of goodies. Management is great and staff are very friendly. read more

.35 per debit transaction I understand is at every AMPM..... BUT if you ring me up for something, and forget to charge me for something, so we have to do ANOTHER transaction, I shouldn't be charged .35 for the second transaction as well! this gas station is ridiculous they don't take credit cards they don't display anywhere that take credit cards so when you put in your credit cards at the pump it says see cashier when you go to the cashier and you tell them that it's a credit card they have you run it and then they frown it you disappointingly and tell you that they don't take credit cards when I said I don't understand he said okay thanks goodbye very rude staff read more

First let me say this post is for the woman who worked at this AMPM recently. Let me say to you Jamie your customer service was excellent. I wish you were still at this location. I was bummed when I didn't see you then found out you no longer work there. Which explains how nasty the place looks presently. All guys now and they are so sloppy. Coffee is horrible and their customer service is awfully. I tell ya folks. They let a good one go. Jamie if you read this. I wish you the best. Came For Gas Yesterday And It Was My First Time Going There And I Liked How Clean It Was throughout the whole store, very polite people and welcoming. The only critique thing I would have to say is the parking lot was sticky where I pumped my gas, otherwise very nice store! Definitely will be back today!! read more

Good price but they never put receipt paper in the pump station. They force you to go inside and wait in line to get your receipt.
