Entrance to the pumps and car wash is tight. I would not take my 3/4 ton for gas unless I was desperate for fuel. I'd never take my truck & horse trailer because access is not big enough. Didn't use the pumps, came for the automated car wash for the car. Someone told me that to remove the ash due to the fires you need to go brushless. Makes sense. I drove all over creation to find a brushless car wash that was in operation. Reading another review, this location has the most up time (rarely out of service). Go inside and pay. Much easier. Then when at the computer screen entering your code, skip the add on services. If you want brushless, select the mid-level service "Delux Clean" currently $10. They also give you a frequent card (no extra cost). After 4 or 5 paid washes, you get one free. And it's usable at their other locations preprinted on the back. And you'll need to go inside to get the card punches and redeem the free wash. Liked the timer telling me how much time was left on wash and dry. Then I could move at a pace I liked for washing and drying. Bring a chamois or towel and tuck into a shaded space in nearby parking lot to finish off drying and wipe down any areas missed. Such as behind gas cover, trunk, doors, etc. There was just enough moisture on the car and my faux chamois wiped down the missed dirt behind my wind jammer on the roof. Car wash does a very good job for being an automatic system. Only 2 cars ahead of me and it went fairly quickly. Price was good. If I lived in the area I'd be a regular for the car wash. read more

OK, I officially now have a love/hate relationship with the car wash here. It's one of the better if not THE better gas-station-drive-through car washes in the area in terms of up time. A lot of the other car washes in the area are broken down more often than they're running... or they act all demonic when you're in there. I've never seen this one out-of-order. Maybe I've been lucky, who knows - but it's been there for me when I needed it so far. Fairly recently, they made some sort of upgrade to the system - it now gives you the option of "no touch" or "gentle touch". I think those were the words anyway. Maybe "soft touch". Something similar, anyway. So I was thinking "hey cool, a new option - which should I pick??" and thinking of how dirty my car was (sorry, it's been awhile)... I decided "gentle touch" would be the better option. Unfortunately, I missed the memo that the system upgrade was done by Tim the Toolman Taylor... while grunting "more power" - and that I was now dealing with a true blue Binford pow-pow-power wash system. For real. Yes, believe the sign that says you should think twice if you have loose molding. I had loose molding. I no longer have loose molding. I now have an opening on my bumper for a fog light... so, I guess I'm getting fog lights in the near future. So be careful, folks! The warning sign is truth! Part of me hopes it chokes on my molding... but I'll probably be back anyway. read more

Doesn't seem to have enough staffing ever . Either the customer count jumps (people in line) or the employee isn't following the three people in line rule. Convenient store. You pay for it if you need snacks or drinks. Fantastic selection! Brand new so it's as clean and organized as possible. Important note- they don't accept credit! Debit only and there is a 35 cents fee for debit! That pretty much makes it a tough spot to 'run in and grab something quick'. Also makes rock stars essentially 20% more expensive. It's right between raleys and Safeway.... There is an air pump so that's good. Really nice staff, and they keep it clean as I said. Also a good food selection. read more

Arco is the best choice among Penny pinchers and the way they are building these stores with "too much good stuff" it's pretty difficult not to be a fan. This location is brand spanking new and it is nice. Plenty of room, full service car wash , all the snack and beverage choices you have come to expect from am/pm, and friendly staff make this the new favored fueling spot in Lincoln. Almost 10 cents a gallon cheaper than the lowest station in town (safeway) I anticipate it will stay busy. read more

What can you say about a gas station right? You need gas, you roll up to the pump, and you pump the gas in your car. In lincoln, I would say this is the cheapest gas around. Could you go to roseville and find it a bit cheaper, sure! But all in all it's all relative. Now a couple reasons as to why I have marked this as a 4 star and not a 5. Pros: cheap gas when you want to save a bit, decent little shop with goodies, has a car wash, and 12 pumps for everyone. Cons: terrible access to the pumps with a weird drive in, super busy all the time, pumps don't seemed to be maintained all the time, is the tanker truck is there go somewhere else there is no room. All in all the gas station is decent and again it's a gas station how much can you expect? read more

I like coming to this location very clean atmosphere very well organized with plenty of items stocked on the shelves the staff here is very friendly and helpful very clean restrooms they have a bunch of different car washes choices to choose from for your car and the gas prices are pretty close to the other gas stations in the area they have fresh hamburgers fresh hot dogs and fresh nachos plus they have the ice machine and they have a soda counter to get drinks plus they have a area to get fresh coffee and fresh bakery items I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the area it is a great place to stop for a soda or drink or play the lotto or get your car washed they have what you need plus hey have milk and the basic items you could grab if you don't have time to stop by the grocery store it very nice to have it available I look forward to my next visit here in the future for more visits read more

DO NOT USE THE CARWASH, it will damage your car! I used the car wash here and it tore off a piece of the trim around my windshield in my 2012 car. I complained, filed a complaint, they took photos, after about 3 weeks "TOM" the car wash manager got back to me saying he needed to see the video. He was the video and it showed the blower blowing off the trim off my car. Then Tom said, it's your car's fault, must be old trim or it was loose. No, it was not TOM, it's your carwash's fault, as it shows on the video! This trim has never come off before in 3 years and 30 car washes. So here is the deal. Cheap gas. Extra shine carwash. Convenience Store prices. Period. Pros: Staff knows stuff. They work in a very limited system. Meaning, it is not their fault that they have to only accept cash or debit cards. They are not qualified to service the weird overly techno gas pumps. They do what you ask as quickly as possible. Example, Family van stuck in car wash Long line behind them. I went and told them. They looked at the monitor and said, "Goobers!" I think that means dummies. Instantly went into car wash and corrected the problem. Bathroom always clean and accessible. Once, the clerk asked me to pick a pack of cookies and gave them to me for free because I had a longer than average wait time. This place is super nice but just be warned you may get stuck in the car wash. My wife didnt park perfect inside it and the machine locked up and she couldnt get my truck out. The owner was kind of a jerk to her. Which isnt cool. After 20 minutes they figured it out with no damage. The lady working was super friendly though. It is a regular gas station. Arco is one of the cheapest place to get gas. I have no troubles when pumping gas. I did have someone come up to me while I was pumping gas if I had any spare change. The workers are friendly and will start a convo with you. Had no problems so far. Other than it, it is an okay gas station. The reason why I am giving this Arco a 4 star rating is because the lot itself is so small and usually during the early mornings and commute hour comes around it gets jammed packed. read more

Relatively cheap gas. Clean store. The washer fluid doesnt get changed regularly. I fill up once a week here and it pisses me off to no end when i go to wash my windshield and theres floating paper towel chunks in the washer fluid. Its dirty. No bubbles. What the hell? You charge me $.35 to use my debit card to BUY GAS and can't even make sure the washer fluid is clean for me to wash my windshield? That's my main complaint. I have hit the intercom and told the staff the bucket was empty. The reply was, "you'll have to come inside." Why? Do your job. Fill the buckets. Take the trash out. Came inside to buy a drink and purchase car wash. The line was nearly out the door with only one cashier. The car wash itself was very slow and the car behind me finally decided to leave after waiting too long. The machine was having issues and wouldn't start the wash, kept flashing "please wait". After waiting for about 5 minutes, I called the store and someone came outside to "fix it". The wash was fair... At the end, there was a screen that read the remaining drying time, but it shut down with 40 seconds to go. As I result, I left after waiting for over 15 minutes and with a wet car. Disappointed. Today my husband took my car through the car wash. When he got home he noticed that the car was still filthy dirty. He drove back to AmPm to talk to an employee about running it through the car wash again. Of course he didn't have a receipt but he offered to pull up the bank transaction. They told him nope without your receipt you can't wash it again. When I go to AmPm I don't have high expectations but come on. Arco #83671 - Lincoln CA 2/27/17 pulled up to pump, swiped card, began pumping gas at 4.335 gallons the page went off. "Stop pumping at pump 4. You are pumping someone else's gas" repeated, etc. Confused I went in and the clerk informed me that I needed to pay for the gas I pumped in cash. Cash only, period. I had pumped $12.39. I gave her a $50 dollar bill. I got to my car and realized she charged me $37.61. I went back in and she double checked and corrected the change. BUT she now gave me change from $40.00. I checked the receipt when I got home and realize she still owed me $10. I called and left a detailed message with the clerk on 2/28/17. I called again and left 3 more voice messages. I called again first thing 3/1/17 and left the message again with a clerk. I called again and got a voice mail. I called from my cell and the manager, Jeanie answered at 8:05AM. She said she didn't have the time to check the tapes and would call me when she had and hung up. Later she left a message that I could come in and pick up my change $5. I went in and explained that the receipt stated I had given her $40 when I had given her a $50. She was very sarcastic. She said let me explain this to you. When her attempt failed to clear this up she said I had confused her. Here is your $5.00 change. Slapped it down on the counter. She was done. The customer service is non existent.......Their money deposit machines at the pump island are faulty. There was a glitch when inputting my second bill, it would not take and the screen timed out. I went to inquire about it with the clerk "Allie" after she finally understood what the situation was she said "this happens all the time no problem". However, the amount of time it too for her to understand the woman behind me had already taken the first bill that I entered which was a $20. As I was explaining the situation to Allie the woman buzzed in over the intercom questioned her pump account, they said "no problem we will get it sorted out". Instead they gave her my $20 bill and continued to question me. After about 5-10 minutes of her trying to understand she went to the terminal to see if the bill was there, telling me "If what you say is true then the bill should be there" OF COURSE IT ISNT THERE, in 5-10 minutes there were several customers behind me, including the woman they gave my money to. When the $20 wasn't there she immediately said well the other lady must have gotten it. They never once asked the lady to hold on while they sort out the missing $20. When we came back in they reviewed the security tape everything showed that I was in the right, Allies response was "come back tomorrow our manager will take care of it". When I came in to discuss it with the manager she immediately told me there was nothing she could do, before hearing what had happened. I explained my self even though she wasn't listening and asked for her superior. She REFUSED to give me anyone else to talk to, but said "okay I will review the security tape and call you later today". OF COURSE she didn't call! This will not be the end of this. The owners will be hearing about this along with the BBB. If the faulty machines are a recurring problem then someone needs to address this. read more
