It's is off Bank Street in the downtown area ( next to the old Charlie's Cafe). First of all this location does not have a car wash! Its a quick place to grab a hot dog or cold drink. He pushed my tickets and money back at me. Said I F--ked him over last time I was in? I was dumbfounded. Asked him what I did over and over, wouldn't give me an answer. Told me to get out of the store. Now I'm getting pissed. Going to Quick Stop since the late 90's. I told him to call the police, didn't happen at first, he came around and told me to leave, I wouldn't and told him to call the police. Finally he did. Police came, took me out front to talk. Told him my story. This Nick guy looks high, under the influence of alcohol, or party's. He looks like s--t. Told the officer this. Then the officer asked me if I have been drinking? Asked why, he said he smelt alcohol. My blood pressure rises. I told him, I haven't had a drink in nineteen years. Bottom line, I was told not to go back to Quick Stop as Nick dosen't want me there. He's only worked 1 1/2 months. Supported this business 25 years and now can't go back because of this employee, Nick. I hope who owns this business contacts me. I lived in GV since 1964. I know many people that go there. I will tell people to go elsewhere, and they will! What's happening to our community?

The deli team is courteous and efficient, and make really yummy breakfast sandwiches. The young guy at the counter is about one of the most upbeat, down-to-earth people you'll ever meet, and makes everyone feel like a friend. They are so kind to my little boy, and I just know when we go in for "Muffin Mondays" we'll leave feeling happier than when we arrived. The store itself is always tidy and clean, and carries a good variety of convenient store items. But, it's the people that make this place an unexpected gem. P.S. I have never encountered the gentleman referenced in the previous reviews, so perhaps he does not work there anymore, or is no longer customer-facing.

If my review was based simply on my experience with their food and the service I have received from those two it would be five stars hands down however, I have on two separate occasions had bad experience with one of the other lady's who works here. She is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. The first time I was trying to help a new older lady ring up my order because she had done it wrong and in the process the lady in question took over and tried to charge me a second time for something I had been charged for wrong and not given proper change for then proceeded to tell me people don't usually learn well when people are laughing at them, mind you I not once laughed I was merely trying to help her fix the situation. Today I had gone down with a co-worker and we had three orders that needed to be rung up separately and when I told her how they needed to be done she looked at me commenting "fun" then asked if I needed receipts for all of them as well. I let her know that that was not necessary and my co-worked commented "we try to make it easy on you" at which point she just looked up at her with a look of disgust on her face as if we were making her do something completely out of the realm of what she should be. I got charged an extra four fucking dollars and I didn't see it until I had put my card on the thing and my car got declined because I only had two fucking dollars in my account because I thought I would only be paying an extra dollar. So I told him I wouldn't be using my card and I turned around and asked my friend for two fucking dollars they did not take off that extra four dollars. Very scammy because what the fuck. I was not happy. I had to take off two of my snacks because he refused to take off the four dollars even though I had said why do you add an extra four dollars for my card and never took it off when I said, I wasn't gonna use my card never coming back here again And they manually put in their prices so they don't scan it. They just put in whatever they want.

After Rite Aid closed in Grass Valley Unfortunately I…read more started going to Walgreens in Grass valley. Which was the biggest mistake ever. It took me an hour and 45 minutes. I have a bad hip with no where to sit. I thought I was going to pass out. Now thankfully all my prescriptions are delivered to me from an online pharmacy. But now when I try to get refills for my one prescription, I picked up the one time at Walgreens for my much needed diabetic sensors. WALGREENS is still filling it and preventing my online pharmacy to send them to me Walgreens have not taken me out of their computer for over two years I requested it. so this is pretty frustrating !!! So unprofessional clueless and no-one knows their job .....the pharmacist knew nothing. It's a waste of time I would never recommend them. I RATE 0.
