Our kitchen hood and stove were fixed by AMPM. They were prompt and very fast with their service. Parts can be ordered directly through them and at no charge as well. Jason was the dispatcher that was involved in setting up my appointments and the main communication guy. I am not familiar with any of the technical terms of the equipment. So, Jason--to me--seems extremely knowledgeable, and he was able to answer all of my questions. Dorian was the main technician on my appliances, followed by Dennis. I had a good bit of well-earned anxiety getting the big oven on my GE Monogram 48" Dual Fuel range repaired. It came with the house and is a very high-end range. One repair company sent out a guy who told me it wasn't broken; that was a waste of my time and money. A cook knows when her oven isn't up to snuff! GE wouldn't help me because it was out of warranty. Pacific Sales wanted to charge me $149 to send any random person out.
