LOVE these pedals!…read more So, I called on a Monday, being on the road out in Columbus and on the way to Cleveland. My ONE stop desire was to come to the Earthquaker factory. They answered the phone right away, and were VERY accommodating for us to stop and take a tour. They give tours from 9am to 5pm. We got there a little after 1pm. We were met by several of the employees and Elsa (The mascot) while we waited for our guide. He came over pretty quickly, and showed us the boards, and the production floor. Then the new equipment for tinning the circuit boards was fascinating, as was the graphics room. The staff all seemed SO happy and productive. A really good work environment! We got to go upstairs and play on the pedalboard. Which, of course led to us having gear lust and wanting to buy ALL the cool toys. They do have a blem shelf, which is all 50% off. Some of the blems are intentional (Reverse or duplicated graphics, and colours.) and some are accidental. All are guaranteed to work (All EarthQuaker Pedals are warranteed as long as EarthQuaker is still in business.) We bought a Teeshirt, and a blem pedal. (Which we could NOT find the blem at all.) Bought a pedal called data corrupter.....one of several amazing pedals from earthquaker devices…read morethat I own. I got it off ebay, and it worked fine for a couple weeks. It then would constantly make noise when engaged. I was sad, but wasn't sad for long. I contacted earthquaker devices, and they responded quickly and were extremely friendly. I sent it in even though I got it off eBay and the serial numbers were torn off from Velcro. They fixed it for FREE!! I will but more of their pedals for sure because they are fantastic and well built and I know they will take care of me if anything goes wrong. Thank you! Love love love!!! If you have any extra pedals, ill take them!

CIC provides the musical instruments for my kid's school band. They deliver directly to the school…read moreso we don't have to drive to Cuyahoga Falls to pick up the instruments. However, if you want to return an instrument, you will have to drive to Cuyahoga Falls. They also pick them up for repairs from the school. The quality of the trumpet that my son received was excellent. One time, we received a faulty valve and they replaced it with no problem. Being able to rent instruments is nice and they provide cases and cleaning supplies too. I had a very good experience renting from here for the last couple years.

I apprehensively brought him my cherished guitar with obvious cracks in the highly figured yew wood on the back of the instrument. Also, the nut needed to be reset, and the action lowered. After a couple of months (I didn't say he was fast), I received the instrument in perfect condition. The cracks were now so well repaired that I could not identify where they had been. The action was perfect, the nut was in perfect position, and the frets had been perfectly recrowned and polished. Also, he had identified a problem with the bridge and repaired it before it escalated into a much bigger problem. My Torridge has never sounded or looked this good! Excellent work!!

I have a guitar that had a hump in the neck around the 17th fret. It wasn't a fret issue but a…read moreissue with the way that the neck was set, fretboard, etc. He gave me a fair price to do the work and an estimate of two to three weeks. I called about two weeks in for the update. I had to call many times across several days to get a hold of him. I was told it would take another couple of weeks. Okay, no problem. This same pattern repeated for three months. When I finally got the guitar back, the work was in fact good. He had done a great job fixing the neck. However, I was starting to think that I'd have to get the law and lawyers involved to get it back. I wouldn't take anything there again no matter how good the work. It wasn't worth aggravation caused by his lack of professionalism.

It's now 9:47 the next morning. No one ever showed up. And STILL no answer. Mind you my mother is disabled. And can not move anything, especially heavy furniture. So My sister and I ended up packing her truck. A hurt back and many hours later, here we are. Complete and absolutely unprofessional!! (Not us, This so called moving company)
