I have been in a condominium community in Federal Way which is managed by Targa for almost 5 years…read morenow. I have found my representative at Targa to be very responsive at times and utterly unresponsive at other times. I request information from them but I don't always get it. At this time I am waiting on a list of our newest HOA Board members, man which were appointed earlier this year. I also would like some way to contact them. I have had an ant problem ever since I moved in here and recently requested they have the exterior of my place sprayed, to date I have never heard back if they are finally going to get someone to spray the exterior of my condo. I have also asked that they send out a letter to all residence as there has been a problem with pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs, and to date I have not seen that happen either. I have had some sprinklers that are not working and again, these have not been taken care of although they were notified over a month ago about the issue. I am not the only resident that is unhappy with the "on again, off again" management here. We did not get a raise in our HOA fees in 2021, but have had them raised the other years I have been here. We have no special amenities such as a pool, exercise room, common room, etc. Our fees just cover basic maintenance\yard service, basic cable, and water. I can't see that they can continue to raise our HOA if they don't take care of things.

I had a situation that made some last minute difficulties with changing my lease and they worked with me quickly and comfortably, taking a lot of the worry off my shoulders. The property was nice but with all homes a few things break/need attention. They were very quick and responsive with getting the problems fixed. If I was moving to an area they serviced again, I would have taken the time to lease one of their properties, and would hope to have them manage a rental property. I went ahead and sent him money to do "his own" as soon as he got the $100 he stopped communicating. He then proceeded to hound my landlord for personal information, which by law they are not allowed to share. I shared with him my personal rent ledger from my landlord, but that was not enough for him. He kept on asking me to re send documents that were send multiple time that he lost.
