Had the worse experience today. Customer service here is really bad. Had walked into the store…read morebefore a customer sat down to be waited on. The associate never looked at me and my family' just took customer after me. I told the other associate who waited on us. That was extremely rude of her! She apologized, but it still left a sour taste in my mouth about the whole situation. And the person who waited on us was no better! The manager needs to hiring a whole new staff because. After making a decision, I had to walk to the back of the store to get the attention of someone who might get a pair for us to try on. He came back, said,"Here's your shoe..." And walked away. We then waited in line for twenty-five minutes because there was only one till open and the salesman rang up a large purchase, then a return, all while answering the phone as well. The other two never once came back to help, and were up front helping other customers. I hate to play this card, but I couldn't help but notice that both my son and I, and the young man in front of us were white, and were both ignored, but all three customers who came in after us who were black were greeted almost immediately. It should be noted that the store wasn't busy at all, with maybe ten customers the entire time. Maybe I'm just not accustomed to the ghetto shopping experience, but for $125.00 you'd think they'd of at least said thank you, which never happened even after we finished the purchase.

Our daughter called the store to see if they had uniforms in for Covenant Hospital. My daughter…read moretold me the older white lady who answered the phone was rude and was not patience with her. As a parent with a young adult who has a disability that does not show physically, this made me upset. I called the next day and the older white woman was rushing me off the phone and did not want to give me any information over the phone for the items our daughter needed. When we arrived at the store. The older white woman really did NOT WANT TO SERVICE US. She was standoffish and acted as if we were bothered HER. If Covenant Hospital had somewhere else to purchase their uniforms we would have gladly went there. Maybe she was having a bad day. However, when you work in the retail environment you should be able to service everyone with politeness and patience. As an returning customer, this was definitely the worst EXPERIENCE EVER IN THIS STORE.
