Now I don't know if your event will offer free Daddy-O's cocktails but I can guarantee that if John caters it, you'll be entertained and enchanted with his tasty concoctions. My experience Saturday night at Shelter Surf Shop for Surfrider Long Beach had me slightly slurring silly surf songs after three delicious "Surfrider Cocktails" (see photo) and I don't drink (much). Classic Martini: 1 1/2oz Bombay Sapphire gin 3/4oz dry vermouth 1 dash orange bitters Olives, for garnish Shake all ingredients hard with ice (there should be ice chips when poured out) and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with olives. Enjoy. Thanks Daddy-O! Andy Choi - Momentailor…read more It brings me great pleasure to write this review for Andy. He did an amazing job taking pictures and creating moments at our ceremony, photo location and reception. We wanted to make sure Andy was the real deal, as we thought the reviews were too good to be true, so we met with Andy to discuss the time frame and to get an idea of expectations on both sides. It was evident from his demeanor that he was a true professional and had a deep love for his craft. We hired Andy to take engagement photos. It was a rainy day and Andy used the weather to his advantage, implementing creative poses. After seeing his creativity, professionalism, and the final product we decided he was the photographer for us. We were unsure of poses and allowed him to be creative, and he nailed it every time. We told him we were hiring a videographer, the photo location required a permit, and that the church had strict operating procedures. He worked with the videographer to ensure the best shots for both parties, made sure he had the correct permit, and he communicated with the church to understand expectations. He worked with another photographer, Alex, to ensure the best shots were taken and not a moment wasted. They made a great team. We would hire Andy again for any shoot that arises. We would give him 25 stars out of 5.

He is very transparent, his rates/fees are laid out and itemized very clearly too. To give you some insight about our wedding, I was a DIY bride and placed more on my plate than I could handle- our wedding had a few surprises and shows that had to be kept secret either from the groom or from specific family members and it was crucial that the wedding party, surprise props, and timeline, followed a certain order. From day 1, Andy reassured my husband and I that all the details during the day-of would be captured and also gave very practical advice leading up to the wedding day as to what ideas for photos are worth keeping and which we can do without. Andy followed my very thorough timeline to a T and my husband and I are beyond grateful for all the hard work placed into making our day perfect!!! Please consider "momentailor" for your event, you won't regret it. Much love, Cory and Ellie Dufek (p.s.- we want you to shoot some family photos for us in the future :D )

Max was so incredibly amazing - we hired him for our Gatsby themed engagement party and he was the reason it was PERFECT!! To start - Max walked us through what he offers and then helped us create some incredible specialized cocktails and a cocktail to serve. He gave me a shopping list with exactly how much of what I needed to fulfill the drinks and the amount of guests. The list even had a breakdown of the cost at different stores!!! It made it so much easier to do this task - which was great cause I was already stressed planning the party - so it relieved a lot of the stress for me on the drinks end! Max also created, printed and framed a custom menu just for our party. I had full creative control - which I appreciated. The night of the event Max arrived with more than enough time to set up his bar and be ready. During our party he was a HIT!! My guests were blown away at his bartending skills and his personality!! He brought our speakeasy to LIFE!! Never was my drink or my fiancé drink empty, everyone was happy and enjoyed the night!! When it came to a champagne toast I realized I forgot the champagne glasses - he had brought some just in case!!! He then poured AND walked out with a tray to bring glasses to our guests!! I cannot say enough good things about Max and hiring The Prost Co!!!! Trust me - you will be amazed at how seamless using Max and his mobile bartending company will be!! Thank you Max for helping make our engagement party amazing!

Jennifer was great from the very beginning. She was quick to respond and get us anything we needed right away. Provided a water station, soft drinks, mixers, cups, napkins, straws, ice, the bar itself! The drinks were amazing and they worked their butts off all night! If they had a lull at the bar they would go around the tables and throw out trash. Really above and beyond! They helped take out trash when the party ended and ensured everything with the bar was cleaned up and out of the venue on time. Highly recommend JC Bartending.
