She was willing to do a long form for me to try and get a bigger refund, but I told her that the interest on my mortgage has not made a difference in the past 5 years. She told me to gather my medical bills to combine with it and it may work out combined with mortgage interest, but I don't really have access to everything based on provider/portal changes. I don't normally keep the paper copies of my bills since everything is online these days. I had switched to Irma this year because my previous tax lady had moved further out from me, plus that lady sold her business. I figured it was my chance to start fresh. I had called around/browsed websites of a few places. Irma's fees were closest to my old tax lady's fees. Everyone else I contacted had exorbitant fees. I'm glad I found Irma.
