I wouldn't rate this takeaway at all, this Chinese takeaway has cornered the market as there's no…read moreother Chinese takeaways in the surround the area. We only go for convenience! We need to stop! The curry is below average and a bit tasteless, it resembles a gravy sauce more than a curry. Because all the meals are microwaved the curry we had tonight was cold and very very watery. We also had Kung pow chicken which was very bland, and a garlic chicken which was very salty but piping hot! We did ask if they did onion rice as I've had it from other takeaways and the staff said they didn't but they could make some up for us.... I thought that was nice, but all they did was add some small pieces of soggy onions to some egg fried rice. The boiled rice had the consistency of rice pudding. I'm giving 2 stars because I've had the mixed starter in the past and that's always been very filling and cooked well.

Hello, I have just had one of the worst experiences of my…read morelife. Me and my besties were going to Nando's for a nice bestie meetup when numerous extremely horrible incidents occurred that have scarred me and my two gorgeous icons for ever. Firstly, food (specifically a chip) was launched at my best friends face causing havoc and upset and the staff did nothing about it and she was left in tears (so extremely sad) and then my other gorgeous bestie's food came incomplete. The lettuce was not in her chicken wrap! We had asked the waitress and she snatched her plate out of my besties hands making her upset as a result and didn't say anything and came back with the plate slammed it on the table and walked off. The service was so awful, the atmosphere was so rude and we all left the restaurant upset and frustrated. It was so upsetting. Please let this not happen again.

This place came under new management recently, and started opening for lunch last week. Today…read moremyself and 3 colleagues decided to give this little shop a go. I don't think they were expecting any customers at all, as the guy was sat in the office at the back, and the grill and fryers were not even turned on! Having said that, although we did wait a while for the equipment to come on and the food to be cooked, the chicken tikka kebabs were spot on. A little salty, but definitely hit the spot for a casual lunchtime. They also do pizzas too... maybe something to try next week instead. All in all if you keep your expectations reasonable, its a good place for lunch in an area where there isn't much going on (Eccles).

The customer service is the same as any other McDonalds too, nothing brilliant and nothing terrible, just... the basics really. The food, as per the rest of the McDonalds menu is for the majority, bland and unsatisfying. The meat is dry and under-seasoned, the brioche buns used are far too sweet, and the heavily salted fries vary between hot and tasty, or slightly warm and stodgy. The drinks aren't bad. Fizzy drinks, tea, coffee, some slightly pricy juices, and some tasty and thick milkshakes. Their ice creams are good too. This particular branch is in the centre of a large retail and leisure park, and so surrounded by loads off parking spaces, which are free of charge, including disabled spaces.
