The man is a Rocky Balboa of trial lawyers !!…read more Mr. Neal has represented my family on 2 occasions. My first case was due to medical malpractice situation. I spoke with multiple attorney firms locally and other states who were reluctant to take my case because of the nature of injury and they claimed it was too complicated to peruse. I was very disappointed on what was done to me, plus the ones I reached out for help turned me down. After my initial consultation with Joeseph he agreed to take my case. I am so glad he did !! He stayed on top of my case the entire time, he did a thorough discovery which was beneficial to support my case. Don't get me wrong it was a tough ordeal, and a tough case to prove, but Joe kept on fighting for me and I'm pleased on the outcome, and still much appreciated to this day. Recently I was involved in a car crash that injured myself and my Fiancé' as well. We had multiple injuries which included hospitalization and multiple surgeries. Joe handled everything and once again, Joe went bat and fought hard for us,and was able to gain a bigger settlement, than previously thought. I Definitely recommend Joe, He will fight hard for you !!

I knew that I wanted to achieve justice for her I did not know where to begin. I met Joe in February 2020. He fought for me from the day I sat at his dining room table, until justice was served in 2023. Joe was with me every step of the way for me. The things that were important to me, became important to him. Joe even went to visit my loved one's graves. Joe kept me well informed throughout the case. When I became discouraged Joe was reassuring, he provided me with great emotional support. Sometimes I felt like the odds were against me, but Joe implemented new tactics to ensure that justice would be served. As he stated he fights until the end. He really did, he fought for my daughter 3 and 1/2 years. He provided me with first class legal representation. That is why I gave him the nickname, "Big Dawg Joe!" I highly recommend Joseph R. Neal, with no reservations.

Based on these concerns, I would not recommend Attorney Robinson's services for future representation. Confidence in his ability to take the case to trial was not established, and the case was ultimately resolved through a seven-year plea, with three years to serve.

I was freaking out , I had a good job , never been in this much trouble before with the law . I bailed out and was getting nonstop lawyer letters in the mail. I called all of them and the money hungry lawyers seemed to only care about how much cash they could get out of me. Many never cared to ask about the details of the night in question. Aaron had a different vibe from the very beginning. Although he needed to get paid just like everyone else he made my situation a priority. He listened intently, and asked questions about the night in question. He made no promises but he offered hope where others would just offer the minimum sentencing that my case allowed . He worked out a payment plan with me that suited my budget and fought hard for me the entire case's duration. He always kept a great line of Communication with me which was the most important when you're freaking out about your status. It turns out that out of the five tickets I received including DUI, I was able to get it reduced to a reckless driving . And from there I was able to Nolo that . This also came with the very minimal community service required which was 40 hours. And reduced all of my court fees. The money I spent hiring him I recouped back in saved court cost and my time saved doing community service. I owe him everything . And while results vary from person to person, he will always be straightforward with you about all of your options. He very intelligent too. He has the lawyer side down when it comes to law, but he also has the people skills. If you have a situation with the law one day , give him a call . It will be one of the smartest things you can do- thanks Aaron

It was a nasty and stressful case with a completely uncooperative defendant but ultimately it ended up in a total, outstanding victory for me and I can unequivocally say that it was due in large part to Alyson being my attorney. Pause and take a deep breath...I hope your case won't be like mine but if you suspect that you might be in for a ride, stop, get on your knees and thank the Lord that you came across this review. If you're a serious person who is doing your best to do the right thing then Alyson is your attorney. You will not find a more knowledgeable, capable, and respected attorney in the metro-Atlanta area. In fact in my search for a lawyer, Alyson Lembeck's name came up multiple times both from highly respected professionals who work with the court system and recently divorced people in my network. These people did not know each other and I have since thanked them profusely for their recommendation. Alyson is a Top 50 Woman Lawyer in Atlanta who can help you not only as a divorce attorney, but with your prenuptials or as a Guardian ad Litem amongst other services. During my time working with her, I NEVER felt nickeled and dimed, her fees and billing were fair and she was always professional and accessible. Alyson is calm under pressure, strategic and analytical. She's a fierce fighter but not in a dramatic or superficial sense, instead she is laser - focused on asking the questions that quickly reveal the heart of the matter and the first time that you see her in action in a court room you're going to thank God that you both are on the same side. She is not distracted by silly answers or deflection - she is not there to socialize although everyone knows who she is and respects her from the Judges on down. Instead she is there simply to fight for you and the comfort that provides during an otherwise stressful process in priceless. At the same time that I was represented by Alyson, my ex was busy burning through lawyers and I got to witness how dangerous it is to both not be represented by good counsel and not respect court orders - the probability is very high that you are going to crash and burn and no one will be there to pick up the pieces. In addition to paying tens of thousands of dollars to me, my ex wound up going to jail because he did not respect the court system and I had a lawyer who understood that holding him accountable was important to me. To anyone contemplating divorce - be smart about it! Meet with Alyson and discuss your biggest concerns before you even think about filing - she can help you navigate those issues. There are so many restrictions placed on you and your spouse the day that you file for divorce and investing in a little planning can make a world of difference. The law is often times not intuitive, you'll hear conflicting advice from your friends and family and even if you scroll legal forums for months, the true answer may be very different from what you thought. Because there is so much on the table in a divorce, you really cannot afford to play around from a time or financial perspective. Even through the final hearing, Alyson was not only fighting for me, but setting me up for future success by making sure certain key facts went on the record so that should I need to come back to court for contempt, which is highly likely, future legal actions would be more likely to work in my favor. I was both in awe and so appreciative of her foresight and wisdom. I wish you the absolute best of luck! If you are smart enough to retain Ayson, then you should go celebrate that decision immediately because you've secured a power lawyer who will not let you down and that should give you a good measure of comfort in an otherwise difficult and anxiety-filled process. Alyson- thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart from myself and my family. You literally saved my children's lives and whenever I hear the phrase that not all superheroes wear capes, I think of you. I'll forever, deeply be grateful to you for your guidance and your help and for enabling me to escape from a horrible situation with hope, a fantastic resolution, and the safety of my children. Thank you for choosing this profession, the industry needs you!!!!
