A super genuine guy who truly cares about what his clients are going through. He is as real as they come -- fair, dedicated, and etremely knowledgeable about the law and your options. Casey has been a tremendous help in dealing with insurance companies following a traumatizing…read moreaccident last August. Originally I wasn't sure if my situation even warranted an attorney... I had this foolish notion that since the other guy was a nice guy and made a mistake any of us could've made, I shouldn't touch litigation or try to get money out of the deal. Please, do not make the same mistake I almost did... After being highly recommended by a close friend, I called Casey and agreed to meet up with him. While I had also contacted another attorney (a current judge in neighboring city) to meet up the day after, at lunch with Casey I changed my mind, and signed paperwork on the spot. In person, he doesn't give off the impression of a lawyer (that's a good thing!) but when you start seeing the paperwork his office starts sending, you know he knows what he's doing. At this time, we've gotten the maximum payout from the other guy's insurance, and are now continuing to go through my own insurance for more. If you want an attorney that gives you the impression that your situation is about helping you, and not just fighting another company, Casey is the one to go to.

This complaint summarizes concerns with Attorney Robinson's communication, responsiveness,…read moreguidance, case preparation, professionalism, and post plea support. These concerns are presented in good faith and supported by documented communications. * Lack of communication: Attorney Robinson did not clearly or consistently communicate key case developments, including discovery, plea offers, court expectations, and next steps. * Responsiveness concerns: Attorney Robinson did not adequately respond to follow up questions about case status, evidence, strategy, plea options, or next steps. * Court appearance concerns: Attorney Robinson did not provide clear guidance about court appearances or timely follow up after court related discussions. * Limited guidance: Attorney Robinson did not clearly explain risks, options, or likely outcomes, making it difficult to make informed decisions. * Discovery concerns: Attorney Robinson did not timely share or fully explain discovery materials, and the information provided appeared incomplete. * Plea concerns: Attorney Robinson did not meaningfully discuss plea options, negotiation strategy, or whether further negotiation was available before the case moved forward. * Post plea support: Attorney Robinson did not provide needed resolution paperwork after the plea and directed the family to obtain documentation from the county clerk. * Professionalism concerns: Attorney Robinson's communication was adversarial and unprofessional, including referring to the family as difficult and ending a call abruptly. Based on these concerns, I would not recommend Attorney Robinson's services for future representation. Confidence in his ability to take the case to trial was not established, and the case was ultimately resolved through a seven-year plea, with three years to serve.

I called all of them and the money hungry lawyers seemed to only care about how much cash they could get out of me. Many never cared to ask about the details of the night in question. Aaron had a different vibe from the very beginning. Although he needed to get paid just like everyone else he made my situation a priority. He listened intently, and asked questions about the night in question. He made no promises but he offered hope where others would just offer the minimum sentencing that my case allowed . He worked out a payment plan with me that suited my budget and fought hard for me the entire case's duration. 1 Star -- Extremely Disappointed…read more I hired this attorney to handle the probate of my mother and father. He was paid in full before providing services--something I now consider a major red flag. My father's probate was filed on July 2, 2025. After my mother's probate was completed and her Letters of Administration were published beginning March 18, 2026, I repeatedly contacted the attorney by text and email asking about my father's case. Getting answers was extremely difficult. I eventually contacted the probate clerk myself and discovered that documents were missing and the court had already mailed my attorney a letter notifying him of the missing documents. I ultimately received my father's Letters of Administration to publish beginning July 1, 2026--nearly a year after the case was filed. This delay had a real financial impact. I could not get the deed transferred into my name in time to apply for the homestead exemption before the deadline. When I questioned the attorney about the delay, his response was: "No time tables at all with probate. They take their sweet time." I understand that courts have their own timelines. What I expected from the attorney I paid in full was to monitor the case, address outstanding documents, communicate with me, and keep the process moving. Instead, I had to repeatedly chase him for updates and ultimately contact the court myself to find out what was happening. Probate is already difficult when you're dealing with the loss of both parents. Having to fight for basic communication from the attorney I hired only made it worse. In hindsight, paying the entire fee upfront should have been my first red flag. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney for probate.
